They can hike around and see the nature and beach...you don't need to drink or swim. Look around on travel sites about Hawaii..

Hawaii is always a good vacation.

They can go and do some hiking, shopping, cultural stuff (Polynesian Center), etc.

That's already really good!
They can enjoy some sun and at the same time relax.
I heard, watching the waves as they go by is really incredible.
Especially, when you are with someone you truely love.
Wow, i mean, i cant swim and definitely can't drink and i already want to go to Hawaii!

Why do you believe that all tourist do is drink and swim??? There is just a tiny bit of history here. There is Pearl Harbor, the Arizona Memorial. They could hike up Diamond Head. Ther is so much more to Hawaii then the beach.

Hawaii is beautiful and has a lot to see!! But remeber it is expensive! food, tours, weather is awsome!

theres great sightseeing in hawaii like the volcanoes and all of the jungle also they can just sit on the beach and still hav a great time

Go volcano exploring! That's gotta be on everybody's bucket list. If they haven't done it yet--that's a reason in it's own to go...besides the weather, canopy tours, etc...etc...

Hawaii - they can go and see the culture of the island and the history. Remember Hawaii-Five O long running TV series was shot there too. Get them the tickets and put a smile on their face, I know it would put on one mine too!

Other places they can go also after Hawaii

Scottdale, AZ (like Boca Raton, but you can go to the Grand Canyon too.)
Boca Raton, FL (best for golfing an etc..)

Diamond Head, Pearl Harbor, shopping, muesums, the Dole Plantation and maze. And that is just on one island.

it really depends on what your parents are interested in. There's plenty of things to do there: you can go for a helicopter ride, explore the jungles, u can go to different islands i'd suggest maui and oahu. Also, Hawaii is one of the most rainiest places on earth, as long as they dont mind the rain and other weather conditions they should be fine! =D

Your parents will love Hawaii. It's so beautiful and peaceful! They can take long walks on the beach, and sight seeing. There are so many tours, there are day tours, and evening tours. There is also day cruises on the ocean. They will love hawaii. They can also rent a car for the day and see the island themselves. They can go see the sugarcanes and volcanos - there is much to see on any Hawaiian island. Below are a few links to show you all the wonderful things to do on the island with photos.

Humm....sight see, watch the sunset, hike diamondhead and check out the view, and visit Pearl Harbor just to name a few.

There is lots more to do in Hawaii than sit by the pool drinking silly drinks!

Hawaii is a great place to vacation......our attitude is very laid back here which leads to much relaxation, just what most people (even 50 something parents!) crave!

absolutly there's more to hawaii than swimming or drinking... I cant drink yet and I'm too scared to even touch water (SHARKS!) If going to Honolulu.. Kanakoa bay, plenty of shopping! =], Dole headquarters, luau's, honolulu zoo, turtle cove, beautiful scenery! WEATHER! DUH@

ALL I CAN TELL YOU IS THIS. A COUPLE OF MARRIED FRIENDS OF MINE LOVE THE PLACE. HE TRAVELS A LOT, SHE NOT SO MUCH. I KNOW THAT THEY GO THERE AT LEAST ONCE A YEAR. HE LOVES FISHING AND HIKING. SHE ON THE OTHER HAND THINKS A WILDERNESS AREA IS A PARKING LOT WITHOUT LINES. I DONT KNOW WHAT SHE DOES THERE. I KNOW SHE LOVES SHOPPING. THE SCENERY HE TELLS ME IS BEAUTIFULL. SOME PLACES ARE MORE TOURISTY THAN OTHERS SO I CANT SAY WHICH YOUR PARENTS WOULD PREFER. ALSO THE TIME OF YEAR WILL CERTAINLY MAKE A DIFFERENCE. GOOD LUCK BOB

I wouldn't say much else. Why don't you send them to a resort in the beautiful mountains in a cabin or something. I live in VA and we have unbelievable mountainous cabins and trails to walk and enjoy the beauty.

If they live in the US then go. It's great for sight seeing.

But if they live in Britain don't, the flight is way too long

hawaii is for people who like to drink and swim. why dont you take them to swimming lessons and tell them that drinkingh is pure love and gives you energy and make you strong just persuade them to go to swimmi8ng lesson and to make them drink and then once they have done that they can go to hawaii. have a nice organised plan for them good luck.
