It depends on which Hollywood you are talking about. The one in Florida, or (the Movie Mecca) Hollywood California. There is nothing really confusing about it. There just happens to be two cities with the same name, and you will find this quite often. Hope this helped. Good Luck!!!

I think its a case of Kingston being in London and Jamaica and Christchurch being in the south of the UK but also in New Zealand etc, so yes its likely there is more than one Hollywood" the one with the Chinese theatre and hand prints, massive hills with the towns name written out and celebrities and actors galore is in California , LA.

Hollywood (the one famous for making movies) is in Califonia which is West Coast (on the left hand side of America if you're looking at a map).

Florida is East coast America (right hand side if you're looking at a map).
