I've been 3 times - February, June and October.
February it was nice and warm, had the odd shower, but the parks were empty and I mean EMPTY. We didn't even have to get off the rides when they'd finished, just stayed on and went round again.
June - it was hot and very crowded, but you can buy front of line passes at some of the parks, more expensive but very good for skipping queues.
October - Hurricane Season. Was nice weather until got hit by Hurricane Jean. Wasn't as bad as people make out. We just had to stay in all day under curfew until it had passed. Was an experience I can tell you. Weather wise after that it was just the right temperature for walking round and the parks weren't that busy. Didn't have to queue for very long at all. |

It's kind of crowded, it rains a lot and it's pretty hot. If you can deal with that, then it's a good time to go. It's way better than July or August. |

April to June are the best months to go as there are not that many cues, My ma & da have been going @ this time of year for the past couple years & think it's great. Queing time 5-10 mins @ the parks |

It's less hotter, than july or August. Altough you couls get some rain or heaven forbid, 'A hurricane" If you know of a tropical storm that has potential, then you might postpone! |

As far as I am concerned there is never a bad time. If I had the chance to go this month I would be at the airport waiting for the plane now :-) |

It will be hot and humid. It is the start of the hurricane season and there are frequent afternoon rain showers.
But there will be fewer people. |

NO!!!
I used to live in Orlando, so I know what I'm talking about. It is exceedingly crowded this time of year. Plus, the heat and humidity are very rough on the little ones.
If you can, go in January. The weather is very nice, and it is rarely packed. |

It's the best of the summer months. I lived in orlando for 6 years and also worked at Disney. June is going to be busy but not as busy or as hot as July or August.
Have Fun!! |

I don't recommend going in the summer. All of the kids are out of school, so that's one of the busiest times (same as the week between Christmas & New Year's!)
We usually go during the first week of September, or the first two weeks of December. The weather is very nice, and the crowds aren't nearly as big so the lines aren't long!
Check out their website for the "Wonderful Weeks of Disney". These are usually the times when it is less crowded and have lower rates... |

It is a great time of year to go to the waterslide parks nearby, and the beach (Daytona is about an hour away). Orlando itself tends to be hot this time of year, and with school out, it will be very crowded.
If you get a choice, February/March or October are best weather wise and crowd wise, but if now is the time that works for you, you'll always have a good time there :-) |

The first week in June are gay days. If that's your thing, have fun. Florida is hot, hot, hot May through October and you only get a tad of relief in April and November. Remember that it's tropical heat, so it's wet. You sweat and sweat and sweat. If you visit bring your SPF 50 sunscreen and your bug spray. |

Well, it really hot(can't express this enough) in June and, since it's peak season, more expensive. Disney World is expensive anyway, but hotels and things are less so in the off season. |

Best time is in the winter when it's not so crowded. In fact they often cut prices in the winter. |

If you go to their site, they have a calender that shows you how busy they are on certain days of each month. They do it by color coding. Im assuming that they will be busy though, since summer just started |

Not really. It's hot. And you never know when you might get a tropical storm of some kind. If you spent time and money planning a trip here in June, you might be dissappointed. The best time to come to Florida. That's February and March. |

Tends to be extremely hot and humid, can be stormy and the parks are crowded. Best time to go (assuming you are in UK) is the October half term holiday. |

We went in Sept, and it rained every day but very little, and no problem, no queues, but unfortunately due to other committments we can only go in June.
I heard Feb is a waste, as that's when most of the work is doing to tidy the park n whatever, as a friend told me a lot of the rides were shut during that period,
Hot weather and humidity is obviously going to be expected in Florida.. it's pretty much inevitible.
In sept, on the news, there was always hurricane warnings. |

It wll be very hot in June. Probably long lines too. I have always gone in September - after school starts again. That way the weather is still warm, and we didn't have to wait in line for anything. It was great!!! |

When I went, myself, - this, was a trip, that, actually, BEGAN, on SATURDAY, OCTOBER 8, 2005, - I was expecting, that the weather would be "PLEASANTLY WARM", but, - BOY, - did I get the most PLEASANT SURPRISE of my LIFE. Wandering through the airport, on arrival, I was in my WHEELCHAIR, (having been DISABLED, all my life, this was ESSENTIAL), and, - as I suffer from ARTHRITIS, amongst other things, - was a little "CHILLED", but, not COLD, by any means!
I didn't REALISE, of course, that the airport had an AIR CONDITIONING system, but, - BOY, oh, BOY, - did I realise, a few moments LATER! As the DOORS slid open, "WALLOP", - I was "HIT", like being hit, by a TRUCK, - by a "WALL OF HEAT!"
For ME, personally, it was WONDERFUL, - for the FIRST time in my LIFE, I was COMPLETELY FREE of PAIN! THAT was the BEST WEEK OF MY LIFE, - bar, NONE! I would IMAGINE, though, that, unless you like REALLY HOT weather, it will seem "OPPRESSIVE", - and, VERY TIRING!
Whatever you decide on, HAVE A WONDERFUL TRIP, - and, say "HELLO", to "SHAMU", - the KILLER WHALE, at "SEA WORLD", - from ME, please! |

I went in June before-its lovely and hot up til around lunchtime when it usually rains. The good news is its warm rain-even the puddles are warm!People usually buy a poncho and carry it along so it wont upset your day too much.My kids loved it and never remember that part! |

I just got back today!! Had been there since the 26th May, first week was very good with hardly any queues in the Disney parks, the second week the queues doubled and the heat went up 10 degrees. Not much rain though only had one day where it rained enough to stop anything - but just went shopping instead!
Had a tornado warning last week - very dramatic and on every news station but to be honest it wasn't much more than a rainy day in September in good old blighty, experienced more wind on Blackpool prom!
Had a brilliant time! |

i live about 4 hrs away from orlando and when i go in the summertime its veeeeeeeeeeery hot and yes, do be aware that it rains every afternoon for about 4 hours. it is quite crowded since everyone has the same idea, but then again, summertime is orlando does have its beautiful days. also if you do go, go to the wet n' wild water park, its a BLAST and the best time to go there is when it is quite drizzlyout...its not as crowded. even if you do go when its raining to ANY theme park in orlando, people scramble like roaches and there are no lines...cheers, good luck to you. |
