If you dont' mind the heat, traffic and constant events and conventions then it is great. I've been living in Vegas for about 3 years and it is starting to get old. In the beginning you are learning all the in's and out's which makes it exciting but now that I've figured all that out it is getting slow...
Do you mean 2100 a month? If you mean a week then that is more than enough to have some fun and have a place to live.

las vegas is for crazy & wild party people so if your that kind of person GOTOLASVEGAS

In the nearly four decades I have lived here I have never regretted it. I don't know where you earn that kind of money, but yes you could live on it because people live on way less than that.

you could definitely live comfortably here making that much. especially if you like the nightlife. but if you plan on having kids, its not a very good place. growing up i saw a lot of bad stuff and got into a lot of bad stuff and it was extremely easy to get that bad stuff and what not, if you get my flow.

I live here. We are in serious drought. Air pollution is bad. If you have lots of money the only thing you will get here is "lots of trouble".

No way. You think that it is a nice fast place to live, but the truth is that you will get annoyed with all the people around you. Not to mention the heat and humidity.

It really depends on what area you decide to live in, in Vegas.
I have family that lives right by it and it's a beautiful area. I have been there many times.
If you can handle the heat (which being from Australia, I'm sure you can) You also state you want fast+exciting, well Vegas is the place for you then ;)
Yes it will be a nice area to live.
I also head that taxes are cheaper out there as well?

You can have a good life there at $2100 a week. Most of the Taxi drivers tell me it is a good place to live as long as you do not gamble. Do see the shows, and take part in the social activities, but don't gamble.
