Yes it is legal to use your cell phone in your car while driving in Vegas. I even saw the police using their cell phone while driving. |

i heard on the radio a couple weeks ago that yes, it is now illegal to talk on your cell phone here in vegas while driving unless you have some kind of handsfree device... like bluetooth, a headset or if you put your phone down and have it on speakerphone. regardless, people still drive while on their phones. |

No. It is perfectly legal to talk on the phone in las vegas.
If you want proof, look up Las Vegas Hotels in the yellow pages. since you can call las vegas, it is not illegal to talk on the phone there. |

The only restriction I've ever seen is that you can't use a phone while in the Sports Book area. I don't know if it's a legal issue, or just the casino policy.
I have seen people sitting at poker tables while talking on a cell phone. In a tournament, they will declare your hand dead, but they won't make you get off the phone. |
