It used to be about 10-15 years ago. San diego was the biggest producer in all the US, then the police really cracked down on the labs and have significantly reduced the amount of meth produced in San Diego. I think that most of the labs are more inland these days |

San Diego is a major city. With any major city (and many smaller ones) your gonna have bad stuff going on.
I have lived in San Diego most my life. The area of San Diego known for "meth labs" is in the East County of San Diego.
I recently moved out to East county for work, and i was pleasantly surprised. I honestly thought you were gonna see addicts walking around in hoards. But apperantly East County has really made efforts to clean up. Looks very clean...for the most part. |

Hemet has 2 things, tweakers and Scientologists. There's labs all over the place... you can usually smell it, but they're usually making it out in the Inland Empire. |
