Yes there is, My kids loved Vegas. NYNY has rides, Circus Circus has a huge amusement park like area, there is a water park, I know that MGM used to have a amusement park area in the back. I haven't been there in awhile, Uh can't remember name of casino, but they have a star trek ride and area. Ex Caliber has a huge game room. There is allot for kids, they have turned the town into a family area. Yeah there's a lot you can't do but there is loads you can do as well. Freemont street has a light show I think every night. Have fun don't feel left out because of your age if you have the right mind set you will have a blast.

Happy 2008!

My family stayed at Circus Circus which is really fun for kids and teens. You can set foot in most casinos, they just require that you move around and don't stand and watch, etc.

Make the adults take you to Hoover Dam. The scenery along the drive is spectacular, the dam itself is awesome to see, and the tour, which takes you from the top to the bottom, by going IN the dam, is worth the trip.

We went to Vegas when my siblings and I were middle school-ish age. We were at Sam's town I believe it was called. They had a pool and bowling alley and other things that you could do.

you can sit in the room and order room service on your parents credit card. that would be fun.

You didn't say where you were staying, but all the casinos have non-gaming attractions - mainly arcades, NYNY has an arcade and a roller coaster. Mandalay Bay has the Shark Reef. The Mirage has the Dolphin Habitat and the Secret Garden of Sigfried and Roy. Circus Circus has the carnival midway. Luxor has an Imax theater. All of them have some sort of shopping area too - Aladdin and Caesars' have the best ones, IMO. You can also go chill by the pool... Mandalay Bay has an AWESOME one.
On the Strip, near MGM Grand, there's Everything Coca-Cola, M&M World, and Showcase movie theaters. You can easily spend most of a day there.

Go to the adventure dome in Circus Circus and ride the rides. It is a lot of fun. You can also go swimming. Go to the Stratosphere and ride the rides on the top of the hotel, they are a blast!

Ask your parents if they wouldn't mind taking you to Circus Circus for awhile. It is a casino but it also has a floor with games that kids can play and win prizes. Have fun.

Circus circus has a lot of great things to do,
Rivera's splash has games and things also,
Gold Coast has cosmic bowling at night for
kids and teenagers.
Orleans has lots of things for kids.
Downtown las vegas has Julians play room
and bowling for kids. or the Fashion show mall.
My kids are never bored.

Where are you going to be staying? I have stayed at MGM many times with my kids, and they always have had a great time. MGM's pools are cool with a lazy river and water fall. This time we will be staying at the Mirage, my oldest is now 20 but the pool is still important. You will meet others your age in the pool and at the arcades. Have your parents take you to at least one show, I'd recommend Mystere, or Blue Man Group, my kids loved them. There are many others like, Mac King (this one is excellent and reasonably priced), Lance Burton, etc. There is so much to do in Vegas even if you are under 21. You can actually have a much better time than your parents, You will never wake up with a hangover or regreting a bad night gambling. HAVE FUN!

Circus Circus might not be as fun for a 14 year old, it does have some neat stuff. You can go see Hoover Dam (do the boat). There are so many shows like Blue Man Group, David Copperfield, concerts. You can see dolphins and lions, visit the mini "new york" ride the coaster. Many places have arcades, but there are also "mini" 3d rides. If it’s not too pricy you can even get a helicopter tour and go over the Grand Canyon!
heck out all the things to do for kids or teens!

crystallamp
Go to the Excalibur, downstairs is an excellent game room, for teens, you'll need at least $50 - 100.00, should last you a good 4 hrs. or so, depends on your fun involvement. Have fun!!

Everyone already posted some great answers but I want to tell you that the water park on the strip closed last year. :-(
