Norman is great, it is commonly considered one of, if not the best, place to live in Oklahoma. We have a very large college University of Oklahoma, with a strip of bars, reasturants, and shops called Campus Corner, which has been called "one of oklahoma's hidden treasures."
There seems to be a lot of young people here, a lot of bicyclers and a lot of alternative lifestyles.
Its also called "the California of Oklahoma" there is always something going on, music, museum exhibits, plays etc...

I'm in NORTHERN California in a quaint small town right outside San Jose. I LOVE IT and will never give it away because its our towns secret.

i live in fayetteville west virginia its really cool i live in "The Mountain State" i luv the high school (although i dont go there im only in 4th grade ;D) i am a fayetteville pirate and luvin it i luv my town!!!!!!!!!!!!!=D =) ;D ;)

I think it is nice. Small and quiet but still close enough to big city convenience.

Can't say if I would recommend it - because some people don't like a "country town" atmosphere. But I like it here.

Super cool. Even more so now that I live in it. People are exceptionally nice, courteous and thoughtful as well. There is a great lake for windsurfing too.

apparently where I live is the 15th best place in America. However to be all philosophical it really does not matter where you live but what kind of friends you have to make what you do worth while... haha.

my town is very cool.. there are many beautiful views you can see here like seas, mountains, valleys, caves, and many many more and the air here is fresh.

Physically it is freezing. Entertainmentwise one must look for things to do, but there is a lot to do. There is two colleges in addition to the tourist attractions.

I love Los Altos. It's so cute and so friendly even though it's in the bay area and a lot of bay area places are so congested w/ people -- Los Altos is quiet and friendly.

You can walk around at night alone, you can leave your doors unlocked, its awesome !
However, it's expensive so unless you are prepared to spend over $1.5 mil for a home, you may want to find somewhere else like it .. haha.
