Living in Texas, What the most annoying bug you can think of?
Since the rains, weve had an abundance of bugs...What is the one bug, that really gets to you? And how are you dealing with it? Additional Details My most annoying is the biting misquitos and screamers in the trees..Katydids.
Usually this time of year it is the dreaded fly and the unwelcome fire ants. This year it is gnats and mosquitoes. I live in Ft. Worth.

Fleas. I have sprayed the front yard and back yard, but my poor animals really suffer. I can use mosquito spray on myself, but those poor animals just can't seem to shake the fleas no matter how much you spray, give them meds, etc.

Mosquitos! I live in East Texas and we get them pretty bad because we are pretty close to the Gulf. I have cans of bug spray everywhere because they are such a pest.

Mosquitios. I live in Fort Worth near a lake and they are horrible this year... and huge. :(
We use Off when we sit outside in the evening, but I think they've become immune to it.

Of course, the mosquitoes! I never get mosquitoes bites...but now since all the rain, I have gotten them all over my legs! I have been putting OFF on to keep them away...but it doesn't keep them totally away.
