Depends on the miles per gallon the vehicle has.
Assuming 25mpg, you will have to think a round trip so is 2500 miles/25mpg=100 gallons and 100 gallons cost $450 USD. |

Depends on the vehicle and how hard you drive it...city vs highway...etc.
OR you can just estimate how much the gas will cost. A BUTTLOAD or two. |

It depends on the gas mileage of the vehicle you're driving. The average is about 20 miles per gallon, so I would estimate about $280. |

2 much!!
Yes it depends how many miles per gallon your vehicle gives U.
Think about the gas you will be spending driving around also consider saving for an extra tank just in case. |

What is the miles per gallon of your vehicle? Divide total miles by your MPG to get the amount of fuel needed, then multiply total gallons by $4.50. |

Let's say you take a 7 passenger caravan, non-hyrid, and it's well maintained, well tuned.
(or that Hummer H2 like everyone in Cali somehow affords or those dam Range Rovers everyone drives in PA but there are no ranges here)
Anyways,
Let's say you get an average ballpark Miles Per Gallon of 20mpg (car or van) and that's averaging for stop n' go traffic, highway, and up n down hills.
1,250 miles divided by 20 miles equals 62.5 gallons of gasoline mulitplied by $4.50 (per gallon average) and
you're looking at atleast
$281.25 for gasoline. Pay cash ! |

well it depends on miles/galon but id say around 280$$????? considering you got o.k miles/galon |
|

Leoness
 |
With a car that goes 20 miles per gallon - $281.25
With a car that goes 30 miles per gallon - $187.50 |

i drive 1250 miles. i have a 14 galleon tank. I get 20 miles a galleon.
So 14 * 20 means i get 280 miles a tank.
1250 miles divided by 280 is 4.4 -tanks for 1250 miles.
that means I can expect to fill my tank almost five times, then.
So, 5 tanks * 14 galleons a tank is 70 (galleons of gas).
If gas is actually 4.50/galleon the entire way there, then..
70 galleons times 4.50 is $315.
I can expect to spend $315 dollars to get there.
if you have a different tank holding, or get different mileage, just substitute your numbers where applicable, and use a calculator.
Hope that helps. |

It depends on how many miles per gallon your car gets.
Lets say you get 25 mpg then you need to buy 50 gal.s of gas and it would cost you $450 there and back. $225 to get there and $225 to get back. |

Approxamately $185 on gas , assumng its a medium sized car. If its a lareger car, then probably more toward $250. |

If fuel goes to $4 or $5 per gallon, then that number goes up to:
38 mpg (uses 395 US gallons)--$1580
33 mpg (uses 455gals)--$1820
31 mpg (uses 484gals)-$1936
29 mpg (uses 518gals)-$2072 |
