Yes. That is one of the busiest times. It is a great time go though. Really there is not a non-busy time there. |

Yes, Disney is always very busy during the Christmas holiday, but they are even busier during Summer
I went during Christmas once, and it was really busy, but it was still fun.
And get a fast pass, they really help. |

I went to Disney World (the one in Florida) the day after Christmas and was down there untill New Years Day and I didnt think that it was that busy. but if you go don't exspect for it to be to warm it was mostly mid 60's when i was there. its really cool to be in the park for New Years Eve because they have a great fireworks show in the Magic Kingdom and Epcot parks. Make sure you ride the "Test Track" ride on Epcot but get a fast pass for it or you will be waiting for ever...have fun!!! |

Last year my husband and I went the week before Christmas and His Sister and their family went the week after and we both felt that it was very busy both weeks. I've been to Disney in July, September, October, November and the week before Christmas and the 2 busiest times I went were the 4th of July week and the week before Christmas. Maybe each year is different, but people I know who go that time of year have decided not to any more, just to busy. |

EVERYONE goes there for the holidays! Its extremely busy from x-mas till New Year. I would go either before the holidays or after, unless you dont mind the huge crowds, long lines & waiting forever. |

Yes, very busy. If there is any chance you could wait until the day after New Year's, it's one of the least crowded times to visit! |

Its always busy there...but they have these fast passes that you can get so you don't have to stand in line all the time. Make sure you get the fast passes for the super busy ones then stand in line for the others becuase you cannot have two fast passes at the same time...they have to be spread out. (They explain it once you get there). I'm sure it will be a little more busy then usual at Christmas but its not so busy that you just stand around, should still be a lot of fun! Enjoy! |

Between Christmas and New Year's is peak holiday season. If you have to go at that time (put it off until after New Years Day?) then get the book The Unofficial Guide to Walt Disney World 2008 by Bob Sehlinger. The 2008 guide will hit the bookstores in late August. There are touring plans, must see lists, restaurant guides and everything you need to make the trip work. You MUST learn how to use your park admission ticket to get a "Fast Pass" for the most popular rides. Be at the parks before they open (go to bed early, get up early, see everything! Stay in bed, be stuck in long lines) Buy the book, study it, and have a fabulous time. My brother went the Saturday after Christmas last year. I emailed him a touring plan and he saw almost everything in 12 hours at the Magic Kingdom. The touring plans work. More information about Disney, including menu's so you can find out where you'd like to eat www.allearsnet.com |
