My girlfriend and I both turn 21 soon, but she doesn't drink and I don't gamble. What can we do to celebrate?

I am guessing that you are in Boston since that's where you posted this so my suggestion would be to do Water Fire in Providence, do dinner somewhere in the city and book a gondola ride for 2 ($79 for 40 minutes)...that would be a great evening!

My boyfriend took me to Newport, RI for the day of birthday and we did breakfast in the AM, walked along the beach, toured one of the mansions, walked downtown and then finished it off with dinner at one of the nicer restaurants there. It was a fun and beautiful day that I will never forget!

Another idea, if you want to stay in Boston is to go bowling at Kings and have dinner at one of the nicer restaurants on Boylston Street.

It makes my heart glad to see a question like this one as a lot of the young people here have such immoral or vulgar questions. Do the things you love to do best. Go on a week-end vacation and have a romantic dinner, maybe see a play while there or go to NY and see the sites. Just have fun.

Learn this quick. You can do whatever you want. You are now of legal age to do it all. You have no restrictions left. Go skydiving, go out to a five star restaurant, attend a protest, catch a flight to Vegas just because you can.

go bowling, play pool, go to the planetarium and check out the stars..(this is really cool if there's any astronomy research going on....) take a historical tour of your town...

Go out dancing you dont' have to to drink to go out dancing and shaking your booty is always fun..or make a party with family and friends and have a theme like everyone wears funny hats.....

get some rotisserie chicken and some fresh strawberries and a cooler of good juices and go to the park or lake and pic -nic and kiss and smooch and smell the flowers and enjoy the day with romance ,,,an olde dude

Go to Chuck E. Cheese. I'm serious. That's what my friend did for her 18th birthday. Or u can try Disneyland. YAAAY

Do something fun and romantic that doesn't involve those 2 things. You can do a lot. Don't go to a fancy restaurant though. You can do that all the time.
