the obvious classic is 'you can leave your hat on', but i have some personal favorites that are just fun to strip to and you can really get into it:
"big spender" and "fever" as sung by peggy lee
"let me entertain you" from 'gypsy' the movie
"love to love you baby" as sung by donna summer (this one can get a little repetitive)
and then of course there's the standard- 'the stripper' as played by david rose
as you can tell i like a more classic approach to stripping music, i think it gives it a completely different feel (more glamorous less sleazy). listen to some of these and get the feel for the song, you can always practice in front of the mirror to get more comfortable. have fun with it!
as far as the name goes, it all depends on what kind of character you're trying to portray, who is this woman? is she more innocent, or a vixen? is she dominating? is she from a different country? look into old hollywood starlets- are you a marilyn? an ava? greta? audery? or you can go for cliche stripper names like: crystal, sugar, candi, etc.
