Should I go to Disney World or Hawaii for my 16th birthday?

I've been to Disney World many times myself......and Hawaii just once. The trip to Hawaii was one of those once-in-a-lifetime opportunities for me (a free trip), and although it wasn't a choice between it and Disney World, I was extremely glad to have that chance, at least once, to go to Hawaii. It is absolutely beautiful there. I won't say it has as much to do fun-wise as Disney World, but just the opportunity to tell people you've been to Hawaii and to see some of the incredible scenery there is there.....it's priceless.

Choose Hawaii.

Hawaii Definitely!!! You have already been to disney world 3 times and its likely you can go again. Hawaii is beautiful, relaxing, and there is stuff in Hawaii that you cant see ANYWHERE else!!! PIck Hawaii- end of story. you should totally take my advice. <3

What time of year? If it's during the summer, do not come to Florida...it's way too hot, way too humid, and way too crowded.

If it's during the winter, Florida or Hawai'i are both OK...

Since I'm from Florida, I would chose Hawai'i. I've been there in January and it was 86Â° every day. The waves at the North Shore were cresting at 29 feet, Waikiki was at 3 feet, the west side was at 4-6 feet, and Hanauma Bay was pristine and full of gorgeous turtles and fish.

Edit: Hey "Disney Land" poster...that's in California, not Florida. Disney World is in Florida. They are two different theme parks, albeit owned by the same company.

check about the stuff you can do in hawaii. Like going surfering or whale watching something like that. If it doesn't seem as fun as disney world then go to disney world.

I think that you should go to Hawaii because you've already been to Disney, and I'm sure you will be back to Disney one day, but Hawaii might be a once in a lifetime opportunity for you, and you don't want to miss it! Hawaii is also beautiful and relaxing and the beaches are breathtakingly gorgeous! There are also amazing volcanoes and you can take a helicopter tour over Hawaii(one island). You can do whale watching, snorkeling, attend amazing Luau's! I don't think you can do those things in Disney!

seems like this should be a no-brainer. disney world is a bunch of manufactured and overpriced crap. hawaii is natural, beautiful, and culturally new to you.

Definitely go to Hawaii! As you've already been to Disney World, this is an easy one. Hawaii is awesome - if you're only going to one island, make it Maui - it's got the most activities and some of the best restaurants/bars/etc.

Kaanapali Beach is a great scene - go to the Barefoot Bar for coconut shrimp (Hula Grill) and make sure to snorkel at Black Rock where there are swarms of beautiful fish. Also, the Old Lahaina Luau is the best luau on any of the islands - make sure to make reservations ahead of time as it books solid quickly.

We had a great time in Maui - I wish I could go back right now!

take it from me, disney is very... little kiddish. I live in orlando fl though so maybe im just used to it. Hawii is so much like fl trust me i been there. But i'd go to HAWII

do disney. I did disney for my 16th birthday last year with my brothers and it was the best visit I ever had to disney. If you go to disney get a happy birthday button by telling the people at the desk when you check in-everyone says happy b-day to you, if you eat in any of the restaurants they sing happy b-day and give you free dessert, AND if you get lucky they might leave you special birthday treats in your room.

Well if it was my Choice I'd choose disney land ( Florida ) but I would also like hawaii but coz Im younger than u I would choose as I sed disney land . I think disney lands more 4 kids than teenagers but I've never been to disney land OR Hawaii so I don't know :) XXX Oh and by the way HAPPY BIRTHDAY !

definetly disney...there would be much more to do and u will have the time of your life!!! espectially with your friend...or you could go to hawaii ya it looks pretty and stuff but what other than going to the beach and tanning would you do???
