I have been to Vegas 7 times, heck, I got married there. The only thing I would think was funnier that a large toddler in a stroller would be a set of parents trying to walk around a casino or the strip carrying/dragging/lugging/pulling/fighti... with a 3yr old and a 2 month old.
Just my 2 cents here, but I would take the stroller. You won't look out of place with it, trust me, you see all kinds in Vegas, besides, who cares what other people think. It's your vacation, better to have it and not need it, than need it and not have it. Oh, and the best breakfast in town can be found at Bouchon, 10th floor in the Venetian. Outstanding breakfast. In N Out burger (just over the 15 on Tropicana) has the Double Double hamburger, get it animal style, trust me. If you dig wings, Fado's in the Green Valley Ranch has the BEST Guiness BBQ wings I've ever had.
Hope this all helps in some way or another. =]
One last thing, the Venetian is running specials right now on weekday stays..... might be something to look into if you're no set into some plans already. If you're going to do a Gondola ride at the Venetian, go inside, much better!!! Outside just jips you out of money. Best of Luck! Cheers! |

WHAT!!!
Kids in Vegas!!!
NO CHANCE!!!
Leave the kids at home and party it up....I've seen so many
kids left in hallways and coridors of casinos (especially the
children friendly ones like Circus Circus) because their parents want to gamble....anyways it's too hot in the summer
for children in Vegas!!! |

YES. Nothing worse than having to carry a kid around on the strip. You won't believe your eyes when you see all the handicap scooters. People are renting them just to get around. They aren't handicapped just lazy.
Really don't like to see kids on the strip but sometimes you just have to bring them. It wouldn't be fair to the kid either if you make him walk in this heat. He is going to tire easily. Make sure there is some kind of cover also to protect him from the sun. It is brutal. Also a lot of sunscreen would be in order. Nothing worse than a sunburned, tired 3 year old. Also remember to buy plenty of cold bottled water. There are Chain pharmacies on the strip to purchase the water from. He will dehidrate very quickly. |

If you take the toddler, yes. But my suggestion is to leave Jr. and the stroller at grandmas and enjoy vegas as a couple. Yes, Vegas has stuff for litttle kids, but it is mainly for big kids. If Jr. is going, go to disneyland. |

YES YES YES. If you do not take it you will greatly regret it. |

Honey, do yourselves a favor and leave the stroller AND the kids at home. Vegas is a place for adults to enjoy and have fun. Parents deserve to have vacations without the children and this is the perfect place to do it. |

My husband is exactly the same way, He thinks my daughter is too big, but in reality these kids get tired chasing us around all day. My daughter is now 4 and we still end up getting her a stroller when we go to the parks. I think in this case mom knows best. There is TONS of walking to be done in vegas, up and down the strip, in the hotel, etc. Even if you dont use it every step of the way, it will be useful to you, as a mom, just being able to put your shopping bags on it, etc. If your husb is that set against it, get a cheapo lightweight one, and you can carry it around if need be. |

I think it is better to take the stroller. Even though he may seem big for a stroller it would be more convenient for you because you can walk around so much when in vegas. Who wants to have a kid tailing them, whining for mommy to carry him, etc. Take the stroller, it will help him, ease your stress and enhance your enjoyment. If your husband doesn't want you to take the stroller then let him carry your son.!!! (I am a mother of three and convenience is always better than presentation in situations like this) |

Contact your hotel. Increasingly resorts now rent them out to families. See if they have one for you to use or rent. That is going to be easier in the airport and places. |

I would take it and if you husband says no way then tell him you will leave it at home only if he carry your son when he (not if) needs to be carried. I can tell you will be doing tons of walking there which is enough to wear anyone out.
I hope you have a lovely time. I'm going the end of Sept and cant' wait. It will be my 4th time. I so love it. I don't gamble much but love to site see and just watch people.

Don't go to Las Vegas without the stroller for your baby
The Las Vegas strip requires lots of walking and the temperature average over 90 degrees this time of year. |

Take it!!!!!! Then if you do or don't at least you will have it. He will get tired of walking!! It is a LOT of walking!!! Better safe than sorry!!!! & Who cares what people think about your baby in a stoller, it is for his confort!!!!! Then if he falls asleep you have some were to lay him. All these people saying to leave your kid home is full of crap!!!! Some of us have no one to leave them with!!!! I live here & We have NO family here so we have to take our daughter with us everywere!!!! Vags has things for family & nothing wrong for wanting to have your family with you!!! Those people make me sooooo mad!!! Some of us WANT our kids & enjoy our kids with us!!!! |

your husband may think your son looks funny in a stroller but he will not think it was so funny if HE was the one carrying a 3 year old around all day.
I think it is very smart when I see a parent with a child of any age in a stroller in a big city. I know what it is like to have to carry around a baby and all the things you will use plus everything you will bring for yourself.
It is also a lot safer for you to keep an eye on the kids.
tell your husband that.. |

Take the stroller. If you don't you will regret it. But if you don't take the stroller tell your husband he has to carry him. but i would recommend the stroller. And most people on the strip are tourist so you probly wont ever see them again. Have fun in Las Vegas. : ) |

I don't think its ridiculous. I took a stroller on my vacation for my 3yr old and my 2yr old. I'm glad I did or I would have ended up carrying them around. And so what if some people think its ridiculous; it's most likely that you'll never see them again. |

First, Vegas is a tough vacation spot with young kids. The problem is transportation... if you plan on walking everywhere the stroller is a neccesity. The cheapest mode of transportation is by bus, the problem is they are ALWAYS crowded in the evenings, and a stroller wouldn't be practical. I am always in favor of taking the stroller and deciding you don't need it, than leaving it and wishing you had brought it. |
