I kinda like the Imperial Palace. The casino is full of celebrity look-alike card dealers. It's a real laugh!

The wynn-is the newest hottest hotel and is meant for the fashionable people cause it is across from the fashion show mall.
Do not go to the luxor! it may look cool but the rooms slope and if you are tall you wont like it.

Bellagio. Luxor, second best.

It is where all the trendy people go to hang out.

The nicest hotel is probably the Bellagio, the Venetian, or Wynn.

Is this a personal survey or are you looking for suggestions? If you want to know what is my favorite, I like the rooms at Mandalay and Bellagio but the nightlife goes to Palms and Hard Rock (watch out though bc Cesar's is on its way up with PURE) best pool party is Rehab, Sun afternoon at Hard Rock.
If I absolutely had to pick one I guess it would be Mandalay Bay.
If your young and want to party, stay at Mandalay, Palms or Hard Rock. If your with your family stay at Paris, Venetian, or NY NY. If you want to gamble and your a in the less party mood look at the Mirage. If you have kids with you stay at NY NY or Treasure Island. If your with a date stay at Bellagio, Cesar's, or the NEW Wynn.
Either way you cant help but have fun.

It depends how much u r willing to spend and what the reason for your stay is. If u r going with your sweetie and really want to have fun and a good time then I would suggest the Venetian it is a totally romantic get away they have a little river running thru and gondolieres even the guy who handles the gondolieres is singing in Italian to you. There is also the Paris which is a really cool Hotel and Casino. If u just go to Vegas for a simple trip u should try the Stratosphere or Sahara the Circus Circus is pretty cool to and also has a Adventure Dome inside. The Prices vary and it depends when u r going it is pretty cheap in the summer cuz it gets like 120 degrees around here. Hope this is enough info 4 now

hummm...that's a tough one... i live in Vegas... i recommend MGM (largest casino), the TI (pirate show FREE), CEASERS (just plain cool), STRATOSPHERE (cool attractions, revolving restaurant SP), MANDALAY BAY (awesome fish-tanks) all of these are on the strip! Don't miss old Vegas GO TO FREMONT STREET EXPERIENCE (A MUST SEE LIGHT SHOW GO AFTER ITS DARK ITS FREE), RIO (FREE BEADS MARTYGRAS THEME)

NOW IF YOUR A GAMBLER...
I highly RECOMMEND STAYING OFF THE STRIP!!!! I CANNOT STRESS THIS ENOUGH!!! GO Downtown to Fremont Street or go to a STATION CASINO its where the locals play, much better odds off the strip! just tell the cabbie to take you to the closest STATION CASINO

Many casinos have roller coasters, BEST 4 KIDS 'CIRCUS CIRCUS', STRATOSPHERE, WET N' WILD, SHARK REEF, ALL STATION CASINOS HAVE A PLAY PLACE TO LEAVE SMALLER CHILDREN SUPERVISED

the four queens or any downtown are cool, just check out binions horseshoe in the video to signs, snoop dogg.
its less catered towards the high rollers, you can get free drinks all day on a 1c slot machine. and the rooms are cheap
there are also a lot of different hotels close together, so you dont have to walk far and its easy to get a taxi to anywhere on the strip.

To be seen with the beautiful people.. definitely the Palms. Movie Stars, Singers, Athlete all hangout at the Palms.. The newest and the most luxurious hotel is the Wynn... For the romantic.. the Venetian.. if you are going with your significant other.. Venetian is awesome.. Spectacular night view. is the Bellagio.. pay a little more for the fountain side.. which is also the strip view.. right in the middle of the strip.. it's the place to be..
