Bishop, CA-Good Fishing all year round at the Kern River...Beautiful parks with Bishop Creek runs through. Its also a quaint little town and only 45 minutes from Mammoth.
Tempe, Mesa and Phoenix, Arizona....is a beautiful area and the people are extremely friendly. It does get very hot during the summer, but the sunrises and sunsets are the best!!!!!!!!!!!!! :) |

I've been a lot of places, and none of them were perfect, but they all had their good features. I loved Kentucky because of the beautiful scenery, California because of the weather, Arizona ditto. Kansas... it's Kansas. What can I say? LOL! I really like Old Mexico, but as they say, you can't drink the water. |

Alaska. Alaska is a great place to raise a family. For someone who likes the outdoors there's hunting, fishing, hiking, 4-wheeling, snow machining and a lot more. Where I live, in Southeast Alaska, we have a very nice warm summer and a very snowy winter. I have never seen anything more beautiful than Southeast Alaska. Plus Alaska pays each of their residents a yearly dividend! :) |

I have lived all over the country. Michigan was best in summer. Florida best in winter and Tennessee best in fall and spring.
Overall, Florida was my favorite place. We never had a dull weekend all year round because there was so much to do. |

Oregon is a great place to live if you enjoy the great outdoors. It has mountains, beaches, rivers and even a high desert. You can ski in the winter and go boating in the summer. It's not to hard to get away from the hustle and bustle of the city and enjoy some peaceful wilderness. In western Oregon there is a lot of rain--but that makes it really green. Oregonians (that's what we call ourselves) tend to be friendly and relaxed. |
