The best time of the year to go to Orlando Florida ( Disney World ) when the weather is not to hot and humid

February is typically the coolest and dryest of all. If you can go in early February (before the President's Day Weekend), you can also enjoy relatively small crowds at the four theme parks.

I've found that February and October are the best months to visit Disney World.

Fall is best, most specifically late October - mid December. October and early November are my favorite times to visit. The weather is still warm, but not miserable and the crowds are very low. If you wait to visit in December, you'll have even cooler temps (sometimes requiring a sweatshirt!) and low crowds /low hotel costs as well.

We just came back from Florida in mid- April and the weather was great. It wasn't too hot or humid and I'm from Massachusetts! They were also going through a drought so i don't know about the rest of the year. December is also nice.

November and December. The parks and restaurants are less crowded. I've been there in summer and winter.

When I was younger my grandparents always took me when it Halloween. So October or late September. The highs were generally in the 70s, the lows in the 60s. Not humid, and a great time! Also it is the value season, the kids are back in school so less crowds!

Let's see I've been down to Disney in Jan and in April. I was just down in Orlando this past April 23, and the weather was beautiful. I stayed at Universal Hard Rock Hotel and loved it better than Disney. Had speed pass did not wait in line for any rides. I would say depending on where you are from. I like a change when it's cold to go somewhere warm or hot and when it's hot I'll stay home in air condition.

January and early Feb. will have the smallest crowds (kids in school, and no one has money left after Christmas for a vacation), the least humidity, the smallest chance for a hurricane (there was a named storm in December last year though it never hit land) and the lowest prices. It will however be a bit cold for the water parks. Jan. and Feb are also early in the dry season, so less chance of wildfires. The theme parks close earlier in the day that time of year (like 6 or 7 pm) but there won't be any lines so you will still have plenty of time to do all the rides. Bike week, spring break, etc. all start in March and it starts getting hot again then.

I took my daughter to Disney World in April and it was 75 and not humid every day. It was wonderful.

Contrary to what many snowbirds think (people from the north east who travel to FLA), the temps are not always in the 80's and 90's in Orlando. In fact, I remember one time when it actually snowed about an inch in December. The best time of the year to go if you prefer cooler temps would be between the months of November and February. If it's very cold in states north of FLA, it's usually chillier in Orlando.

jan or early feb...crowds are also low then. I am going in end of September so I thought temps would be lower by then...average temp in Sept is still in the 80' s and 90's. I have been there in mid jan and the weather is really nice.

Lilli
January-February is good. Once I had 80 degree, perfect weather, low crowds in January. Once I had temps in the 40's and 50's in Jan! But still, crowds were low, so it was fun. I have also had some good trips in November. Right before the Thanksgiving crowd comes is a good time to go.

I would go during the 2nd week of December. It's not too hot or humid there, during that time of year. I went down there on that week and found out that I was a whole lot more comfortable than I was when I went during the summer months. The temp. is mild, but not too cool; the same type of temps. that you would expect for the Spring or Fall months at your home town.

my2centsworth
As a Central Florida native I can assure you it's almost always hot and humid. Your best chance for a reprieve would be October through March. The crowds aren't as bad then either, with the exception of the holidays and spring break.
