Well to be honest I could of agreed with all the answers but Im a houstonian and yeah I know that New Orleanians are here but it doesnt phase me there are some here still not working that have had more than enough time to, yet there are alot of houstonians that dont have jobs either, but who cares all that "beefin" should be squashed your here in the lonestar state yall should make the best of it if not then relocate.

LOOK!!!!!!!!!

I am also an New Orleans transplant that now lives in Houston. I am very grateful that this great city opened its doors for us the way that so few would. For some of you to say to everyone to just go back to New Orleans because a select few of us did something bad is just hurtful and mean. What if it's someone like me who lost everything and has no more home in New Orleans? Look, not everyone from New Orleans are lazy, complacent, gangsters, drug dealers and murderers. Some former New Orleanians want to make Houston their home and contribute something positive to the city that was so gracious to us. So to all of those that are sick and tired of us and want us to go back, I think that you should reevaluate your thinking because I am willing to bet that not all native Houstonians feel the same way as you.

Pobept
wish you could spell and use proper grammar so I could understand your question!

Thats kind of strange that she uses that ebonics "beefin" was a slang word the East coast rappers coined in the 90s.

They really don't speak like that in New Orleans.

avid reader I love people.

"Well, now at least we know where the beef is" But isn`t it just sooo Dumb! Stupid! Crazy ? I refuse to beef with anybody, and by the way Houston and Louisiana what ever happened to all that luv, and appreciation we was displaying for the world to see.was it real? if so pass it on to our children, they should not be beefin!

The state of Texas and City of Houston and FEMA has helped us "uneducated" people from New Orleans not the citizens. You guys have been rude which shows in some of your responses. They do talk like that in New Orleans and why does it have to be ebonics it's called slang, much different and if you didnot know what it meant then you who answer unkindly are stupid. Houston and New Orleans are beefing because of territory and money. There is money to be made in both cities and there is alot of stepping on toes. We didnt ask for the Hurricane to wipe us out. There was crime in Houston before we got here and it will be here when we leave cuz your people are just as stupid as SOME of ours. You can't classify people by where they come from, we needed help just like you guys from Houston may need it and im sure we will feel the same way about yall Dont hate us because our New Orleans men took your women and your jobs.
Wuz up girl? I feel you on the whole situation we didnt ask for it but the NO is always judged. The beef wont ever stop till.....Sorry this is not directed at you but some of those answers just piss me off!!!!!!!!!
