Twenty minutes to the ocean, 45 min to the mountains, 75 min to a major US city. No sales tax & no income tax. Perfect little 2 acre house lots...so privacy but with neighbors too close.

I live in a town where everything is cool. A private gated community with its own 17 square mile lake, 18 hole champion ship golf course, hiking and biking trails, wake-board course, private beaches, lodge with bands in the evening, country club, ability to travel anywhere with golf cart, 300 days of sunshine, beautiful views of mountains, within 40 miles of snow resorts and ocean beaches with year around moderate temperatures. 4th of July we had our own private fireworks display and parade. Canyon Lake, CA. Our own little secret

I have recently moved to Biloxi, MS from NC, so not much. There were a lot of casinos before Katrina, but most of them are gone now.

It is not too big and not too small either it is just the right size town.I like living in my town because it has very few natural disasters.
