It is calm, quiet, a city with some small town qualities. It has an amazing connection to nature. |

You can experience all four seasons in Ohio and you can find attractions to entertain anyone. For the sports lover, you have the football hall of fame as well as several professional teams (Cincy Reds, Cincy Bengals, Cleveland Browns, Cleveland Indians, Columbus Bluejackets, etc.) For the rollercoaster enthusiast, there are two giant theme parks, Cedar Point and Kings Island, there are tons of beautiful lakes for the water sports enthusiast, several outdoor drama as well as indoor theatres, lots of scenery for the nature lovers, you can live in the country, but still be a short drive from the suburbs... |

Cleveland! It's a lovely city, the downtown area has been fixed up now for about 20 years or so and it's a great place to have fun. Just look and you will find what you expected to see. If you go anywhere with a bad attitude, you will find nothing redeeming. Smile and where ever you go....there you are! |

The rock and roll hall of fame and that science place next door. It's interesting and fun. And if you like the club/party seen. You can always swing down by the docks. I spent a weekend there some years ago and had a blast. |

One of the other posters mentioned that his old girlfriend said it was a nice place to be from -- I agree! There's Lake Erie, Cedar Point, Ohio State football and plenty of lovely areas all over the state to explore. Amish country, rolling hills, great cities (Cleveland, Cincinnati, Columbus, etc), and for someone who now lives in the great Southwest, you can enjoy the lovely four seasons! |

I'm not from Ohio, but I was lucky enough to work throughout the state a couple of years ago. I loved the weather, the scenery, and the people. I've been all over the world and Ohio is better than a lot of the places I've been. |

The only good thing about Ohio is Cedar Point. It has more roller coasters than any other amusement park in the world. YEAH BABY!! |

as for the rest..its awesome here, i love the 4 seasons we get.great parks, you have hard working blue collared people and nice easy country living all in 1 state.. canton ohio has the fottball hall of fame. (where football was born). south of canton you have alot of rural country (farms, amish country). as we say here, ohio is the heart of it all..wouldnt trade it for any state...... |

Holly Cookie looks like a white trash hick herself. Ohio is not full on inbred people on welfare.
There are many nice high class areas in Ohio. Just like any state in America, there are places out in the country. |

Nothing, Reds stink, Bengals bite, Ohio St. is overrated & the Browns are a spin-off of the Ravens. |
