If you're into clubs then there's plenty to go to that have 18 admissions certain days of the week. Chrome, Shampoo, Egypt. Definitely go to South St. and walk around. Tons of nice shops and places to eat. Some are crazy. One store is called Condom Kingdom. Pretty funny. There's also Dave and Buster's.. that place is really cool. Arcade game/bar. If you want the best cheesesteak, do NOT go to Gino's or Pat's as those are tourist traps. I lived in Philly for a very long time before finally settling in NJ. Go to Larry's Cheesesteaks on 54th St. by Saint Joseph's University if you want an amazing cheesesteak. If you want (my personal fav) a buffalo chicken cheesesteak, go to Pete's Pizza up the street. They're known for that. If you want to do something weird and fun go to the Mutter Museum which has all kinds of crazy stuff in it. You can also easily get some college kid to get you a beer if you wanted if you throw him $5. Sit outside one of the beer distributors. Also, check out the neighboring town which is amazing called Manayunk. Great place!

Eat at Geno's or Mama's (get yourself a REAL Philly Cheese-steak).
Check out Love Park, and the typical tourist sites : Liberty Bell, etc.
Go to the Art Museum or the Franklin Institute.
Check out the Avenue of the Arts.
Phillies Game or whatever.

It really depends on what interests you.

*edit* Matt Chim: Manayunk isn't amazing!! I'm LmAo. It's crap .... the only decent part of Manayunk is Main Street which was redone several years ago (maybe 10-12?). Yes, they added tons of decent restaurants and shoppes but it's not fabulous! Main Street is the only redeeming quality, The rest of that neighbourhood is garbage.
Also: Chrome, Shampoo and Egypt? Are you kidding me? Those are such a waste; *thinks* then again, clubbing in general is a waste ....

Walk along South St and go in the shops. Go see the huge video screen at the Comcast Center. The Mutter Museum is weird. The Franklin Institute and the Zoo are fun.
