The restaurants in each country operated by people actually of the country. The Spanish one with the boat ride is the coolest.
And the fireworks show at park close is cool too. |

I love the ride Soarin' - that is my favorite attraction at EPCOT! And finding all of the hidden Mickey's is also a lot of fun. For example, while waiting in line for the boat ride, Maelstrom at the Norway Pavilion, look at the mural on the wall. Look down and to your left and you'll see a Viking wearing Mickey Mouse ears! Illuminations is also my favorite Disney night show. Each country around the World Showcase has a flame torch in front of it. The one which rises out of the earth in the center of the lake (during Illuminations) represents the flame which unites us all (Cast Member knowledge)! :)

The coolest thing in Epcot I think is the World Showcase in general. Even though there are only 11 countries in the showcase, each countries pavilion has something unique to offer. Whether it be the Terracotta Soldiers in China, the Beatles coverband British Invasion in the United Kingdom, or Germany's Oktoberfest dinner and polka band, it's all wonderful in my eyes. I can spend hours just wandering around the showcase. I can't forget the most awesome ride ever though in my home pavilion, Norway....Maelstrom!!!! |

It may sound odd to you, but I love the architecture of the buildings. It's just so neat to see the way they are compared to the usual buildings we see here in the US. I also liked walking in the different shops to see what is sold in those countries. My husband and I ate at the British restaurant and our meal came before our drinks! That ride inside the globe thing is a nice way to relax and rest your feet. We were there this last week and it was during their flower show and they had these life size characters made completely out of plants and flowers. The food and wine festival is later on this year. That is something I'd like to go to myself. In December they have a Christmas mass that is suppose to be really neat. |

All of the countries have something sepcial to offer. Check for the rides in the countries also. There is a small boat tour of a greenhouse in the same building as Soarin. It doesnt sound cool, but its actually really awesome. Where else can you see a pumpkin shaped like mickey's head and a 9lb lemon? The wait usually isnt long at all, the ride goes inside and outside. Check it out!
Mission Space is cool too |

The show in America is really great. I don't think a lot of people go to it, because we go every time and there has never been a wait.
Also, Soarin' is awesome. I was amazed when I rode it. |

I strongly recommend Epcot! Its the only place that you can visit nearly every major country around the world in a single day. Each pavilion is very unique and very realistic! Everything from the architecture to the actual people that work at each pavilion that are actual natives from the country. The restaurants are also very good and the nightly firework show is spectacular! Checkout the official website:

Soarin is the best. Turtle talk with crush is really funny and it is different everytime. The music and bellydancers in morroco are also cool. Mission space is really neat. They now have a less intense version of the ride. |

soarin- dont pass this ride up- its worth the wait- go at the last minute or as soon as the park opens to avoid the heavy lines. I loved it and think its one of the best rides Ive ever been on. |

Wandering around in the countries is great. Lots of people don't wander back in them, and there's lots of neat stuff. There's a waterfall at Canada, for instance. There's a hedge maze in the United Kingdom pavilion. Take some stop-and-smell-the-roses time and check them all out! All the cast members are really from those countries, too, and they love to talk about their hometowns. |

All you can eat and drink beer in Germany. Reasonably priced...air-conditioned...a show...and something about those young strapping waiters with accents like they're right off the boat. I snack while walking around the world, but always save my appetite for Germany's Oktoberfest! There's another restaraunt behind the Living Seas attraction.... pricey but nice underwater theme. |

What's your idea of cool? I think the talking drinking fountains are cool. Several in the park have a speaker hidden somewhere and while you are getting a drink someone talks to you. Not what you'd expect. |
