WDW

Magic Kingdom
Space, Splash, and Big Thunder Mountains, Pirates of the Caribbean, and the Haunted Mansion, and all the classic attractions at Fantasyland.

Epcot
Spaceship Earth, The Seas with Nemo and Friends, Soarin!, Test Track, Body Wars, Universe of Energy, and Honey I Shrunk the Audience, not to mention the World Showcase.

Animal Kingdom
Expedition Everest, Dinosaur!, Kilomanjaro Safaris, It's Tough to Be a Bug, and Kali River Rapids.

MGM Studios
Rockin Roller Coaster, Tower of Terror, Star Tours, Muppet Vision 3-D, The Great Movie Ride, and Sounds Dangerous.

Universal
ET, Back to the Future... The Ride, The Mummy, Shrek 4-D, and Terminator 2 3-D.

Are you going to Islands of Adventure? If so:
Spiderman, The Hulk, the Dueling Dragons, Popeye and Bluto's Bilge Rat Barges, Dudley Do-Right's Ripsaw Falls, the "Dr. Doom Needle", and the Cat in the Hat.

Sorry, I've never been to Busch Gardens, but I really want to! I hear it's super awesome.

I may have forgotten some. Rest assured that any ride you go on will be well worth the time! Have fun!!!

Mission:SPACE is the best ride ever! The "Intense" version is the best, but if you have a heart problem, or are claustrophobic, pregnant, etc. then I would definitely recommend going through the "Non-Intense" training, because it is pretty intense! I haven't been on a ride I didn't like at Disney World; however, I was not as impressed with the new Nemo ride as I thought I would be.

FYI: They don't have the Alien ride anymore. Now it's a Lilo and Stitch ride. What kind of rides do you want? Coasters, mild, if we had more info we could answer a whole lot better :)

At disney world the Rockin Roll Roller Coster is extremely fun, i went on like 10 times, but you have to like fast ride becuase you start off from dead stop and go to 60mph in 2.5 seconds then go upside down a couple times and corc screw. Thats one of my favorites.

I also love space mountain, it is less intense than Rockin and doesnt go upside down but is in the dark and all you can see is stars around you.

I also loved the ride Sorin' it not one of those crazy ride but it was just very cool. You dont really move but you in this thing that is in front of a giant omni theater screen, then when it starts you feel like your flying over california and it even had smellevision so when you go over the orange groves you can really smell it. I was just a really cool thing.

These are a few rides that i really like, but i also just love everything at Disney!!!!!!

Really depends on what kind of rides you like.
I like more sedate rides and my husband likes all the scary ones!
In Disney I like Thunder mountain, test track,
He likes, Splash mountain, space mountain, mission space, Tower of terror, rock n roller coaster.
Universal Studios rides are the best though we both like loads of rides in there where as Disneys are a bit few and far between.
Great rides are - Shrek, Jimmy Neutron, Jaws, Men in Black, Spiderman, Hulk coaster, Popeyes bilge rat barges (you get VERY wet), dueling dragons.
Haven't been to Busch Gardens.

My personal favorites are:
Busch Gardens: Sheikra, very scary, don't look down!
Seaworld: Kraken, the only decent ride
Universal Studios: The Mummy, goes backwards, Jimmy Neutron, fun!
Island Of Adventures: Spiderman, amazing effects or Hulk
Magic Kingdom: Stitch's Great Escape, I am 27, but love this ride, Stitchs' breath stinks!
Epcot: Mission Space, take a sick bag
Animal Kingdom: the new Everest: also goes backwards, went on this 8 times on the trot
MGM Studios: Rock'n'Roller Coaster: wooooohooooo

A few years out of date, but:

WDW - the big ones in Animal Kingdom, Rock n Roller Coaster in MGM, Test Track in Epcot. The rest are pretty tame. Tower of Terror is more in the mind than scary. Body Wars is probably the roughest ride in WDW (Epcot) but it's only a simulator), the alien one in MK is well done and scary.

Universal - Men in Black, the coasters (Hulk and Fire and Ice), Dr Dooms Fearfall and water rides in Islands of Adventure.

When I went a met this girl called Candi. She was better than any of those.
