In East Tennessee, the Kingsport, Bristol area - regular is now down to about $2.10. But hey, it's an election year, we have to expect it to go down, don't we?
However, I was in the Banner Elk/Boone area of NC yesterday where they hold the Scottish Highland Games at Grandfather Mountain and saw a station with regular at $2.39. I had to do a double-take, and then realized that since it's a resort-type area, they probably do a little (lot!) of gouging there. A bit further down the road at an intersection not so busy, it was $2.29. |

Central Illinois. Where I live it's 2.04, which is down a whole dollar! In Springfield, it's 1.98 at diffrent places. Anything beats 3 bucks. |
