Ask to be seated in the pool room. For reservations call 212-754-9494. Get Broadway tickets-there are discount sites you can find on the internet
Go to the Metropolitan Museum of Art
Museum of Natural history-I think it's free on Thursday nights-check their website.

Take a Staten Island ferry ride

Visit Ground Zero is a must but besides that I suggest Empire State Building, 42nd Street for Plays, Movies and dining, Rockefeller Plaza and just cruise 5th avenue alot of stores to shop. P.S. bring plenty of money$$$$$$$

Ground Zero, Empire state building, and rockerfeller square, though there are a lot of other good places like the statue of liberty and ellis island and manhattan

If you take the Double Decker bus tour (you can purchase a two-day ticket right outside of the Empire State Building) you'll see so so much! It's worth the money and even better if you get a guide that really knows their stuff. Rockefeller Center, St. Patricks Cathedral, 5th Avenue, WTC Site, Chinatown, South Street Seaport..all great things to check out and the bus will drop you off and pick you up at almost everyone of these spots.
