What can I do in New York City at 3:00 AM? |
I'm planning a 24-Hour Big Adventure with my friends (10:00 AM to 10:00 AM) on Saturday, September 13th and I'm having a little trouble filling the middle of the night portion. Have some options, but would love some feedback. Keep in mind, we're all locals, not particularly loaded and aged 25-34 or so. Thanks! |

Why not hang out and test all their new gadgets until you need to go to your next agenda.
You be indoors and won't have to worry about the weather, getting harassed by the NYPD for being out so early or jumped for your money. |

How about a free ferry ride to Staten Island and back? View the city from the harbor....
It will take 25 minutes there, and 25 minutes to return. Don't know if the snack counter on board will be open at that time (probably not), but you can take your own snacks on board.

Go to the post office on 8th Ave tween 31 & 33 st. This post office is open 24/7. Usually has long lines and surly clerks. You could try mailing an odd sized package to Vanatu or somewhere. Or just look up and admire the ceiling. Just walk around the streets and look at the architecture
