What can i do on a long car trip??????? |
Well im going on this long trip to vegas. I get car sick most of the time that i go on a long car trip. I hate it. Do any of you know what i can do to make 4 hours go by fast??? I do not want to throw up. Ewwwww!!! I just wanna get there and back in one piece!!! I dont have a clue of what i can do in a car. If u do plz answer!!!!! |

Drive yourself. Or try to take a flight if you can. Being car sick is terrible and you should not be forced to go through that if you know for sure from experience that is what will happen. |

Go to sleep. I have the same problem, and i sleep. Take some Tylenol PM, and knock OUT! That's what I do anyway. |

Take a dramamine (not the non drowsy kind) you won't puke AND you'll sleep. You'll need the rest for vegas anyway. |

it may help if you can do the driving, or if you are a passenger, riding in the front seat can also help. I find that reading anything can bring on the car sickness. You can go to the doctor and get a prescription or try wearing those sea bands that are worn for sea sickness...you can get them at any drug store... |

Go to sleep or rest your eyes. DONT read or play games. During a trip to vegas i played on my friends DS, and I felt so sick. I kept wanting to throw up, and whenever I read I get a major headache after 10 minutes. That just increases your nausea. |

Dramamine works will but will have longer lasting effects than 4 hours. I think you're expected to be out for 8 to 12. |

I listen to books on my iPod...not only do I learn something new, but listening to a book forces me to pay attention to what is being said and it takes my mind off of my surroundings and the trip. First you are listening to the latest marketing book...next thing you know...you're full of new knowledge and have arrived at your destination. |
