Near Sacramento, CA. My wife's mother is here, she is alone and needs help. I am probably STUCK in this hole for the rest of my life.

Given the slightest opportunity I would get the heII away from this moronic state and all the idiots who run it. In fact one of the best things that could happen to the US is that big earthquake where California slides into the ocean.

No I wouldn't recommend it unless you have political leanings that place you well to the left of Stalin.

They don't call this the left coast for nothing...

Mickey Mouse Spears
Chicago, and yes I like it. I would recommend moving here because it's generally very nice, the city is beautiful, the new Millenium park is great. Always something to do.

I live in Tucson. The city has a booming population - we just hit the one million mark in November 2006. I live here because I attend the UA grad school (I am originally from the east coast.) If you don't mind hot summers and very mild winters then you'd probably like living here. The city has great scenery - surrounded by mountains and desert of course, lots of great places to go shopping, nightclubs, museums (art, wildlife, Old Tucson movie studio) and UA. Apartments in the city are affordable (general range from $400. to $600., about $350. for studio apartments). There are housing developments on the outskirts of the city limits.

Having said all that I'd say yes I like living here.

Milwaukee: New York without the "mean". ;D

Grand Rapids MI. Its okay but its deceiving. It seems like this big shaking town but reality is that it does not cater to many cultures and is mostly christian reformed.

Gold Coast Queensland Australia. Surrounded with beautiful beaches, beautiful homes, beautiful friendly people and beautiful weather all year round. I wouldn't live anywhere else in the world, I just love it here.

I live in Henderson, Nevada. Just outside of Las Vegas.
This is a great place. Great sense of community. New school, and even activities for senior citizens. All types of shopping.
Very clean city and just happy I picked this place to call home.

Colombo, Sri Lanka. Its busy but interesting, here you have high tech and middle age next to each other. I have only 8 min to the beach, peaceful and relaxing. 1 hour driving and i'm in the jungle with leeches and other wild life. I dont want to go back to Europe.

Brisbane, Australia....... Beautiful one day, Perfect the next!! The only bad thing here is we are in the worst drought in over 100 years, so we have severe water restrictions, but it's warm, friendly and laid back, I'm originally from London, England but would NEVER go back to live there.

Riverside and hell no. Its crowded, polluted, and hot as hell. We get Pollution from LA and us, its so freaking crowded, and its themeth capital of Cali. Dont get me wrong though it has its nice days and is a pretty quiet place. but i want out.

I live in New Orleans. NOLA is one of the world's special & wonderful places - with an ambience unique in North America - and remains so even after Katrina devastated it in 2005.

i'm from malaysia...i llive in ipoh...i love it much, ipoh is a small town, we lead a half retirement life here as the life is so relax,.plus, there are lot of dilicious food available in ipoh.

Kelowna British Columbia. What's not to like. Nestled in the a valley bottom with a large lovely lake. Boating and swimming in the summer, hiking, horse back riding, skiing in the mountains in the winter. Award winning wines, mild winters, hot summers, low crime rate and wonderful friendly people. Once you visit, you want to stay.

LuluBelle
In St. Francis, where Sean Sherk of the UFC is from lol. It's a decent place to live, it's not crowded like the big cities, and its not nearly as congested. We have a lot of woods, and farms....it's pretty to look at. It gets boring though since it's a small town.
