Never heard of it; however, I have driven though a state with a similar name, Oklahoma, many times, and spent a few nights there. I always found the people and the food to be wonderful. The scenery is pretty good. Gas prices are reasonable. The highways are good. The police generally don't hassle you for doing 5 or 10 over the speed limit. Motels are cheap and good. |

It has a panhandle which is very helpful when you need to remove it from the heat source safely. Pepsico is currently lobbying to change its name to Diet Texas and market the state's wastewater as a mineral replenishing energy drink. It contains lake Texoma which is a benign tumor on the underside of the state. Has more musicals named after it than Delaware. Smells like eggs. |

if you mean oklahoma, its a great state i worked in the oil fields there in late 80s women where like 5/1 they bought you drinks. everybodys very friendly. only bad thing its hotter than hell in the summer. |

Well i never been there but my husband is on the army snd on onctober we are getting station there and i heard alot of thigs like the most scary one is TORNADOS whisch it sacres me alot, but well see. |

I grew up there in a small town near the Arkansas border. It is a nice state. A lot of Indian attractions, Casinos and gift shops. Most people are small hometown, football fans. If you want more excitement you need to go to Tulsa or Oklahoma City. |
