The vibe, it is like an electric current.

The "L" trains! I'm greatful for the fact there's the Red Line, but it's not my fave! But I am glad it's there!

Dunkin' Doughnuts! And White Castles! The closest thing to White Castle burgers here in SIU country is Denny's mini burgers! I have not eating the Denny's version, so I cannot compare the taste. There isn't a doughnut shop here (unless I miss it somehow, but there isn't Dunkin!)
Buses (although some suburbs can and need to do MUCH better with providing!)
Lots of places to go dancing
Speedway gas station's pizza
W. Taylor street near UIC hospital! The places to eat and visit!

i LOVE Chicago ...
the down town ... the lake shore drive... the diversity of people... it´s night life.... the snow in the winter... I also love the hamburguers they sale right over there by downtown before you take the 294 south express way.. they`re delicious at a very good price !!
It´s been 2 years since i went the last time to chicago... and i can´t wait to go back again!
I also like the Chicago suburbs...
