lol. well since im a washingtonian, this is a really easy question for me, the DC in washington DC stands for two things, from the history books the meaning is District of Columbia, but the part where im from we knoe DC in a different way, so we call it DC: the District of Crimes, being as tho the crime and murder rates are increasing and there are alot of gangs rising up, and alot of gang violence especially in school. i hope i answered ur question. |
