well you will be banned from where ever you were trying to use it for a start then go at the most over night jail and call your parents to pick you up in the morning but you'll have a fine at probly 3000 to 5000 dollars depending on your age and what you were using it for. |

Well having a fake I.D. is fraud. So depending on what you are doing WITH it you could be taken to jail, and tried for that. But if you are say trying to use it to buy beer, they may just take it from you and not do much. If you happen to be gambling with it, you will lose all the money won under that fake ID. There are bigger things in play than just the ID, in Casino's there is the Gaming Commission to deal with and anyone at a casino or bar could be fired or fined for accepting the ID. So people that use them are not only potentially hurting themselves but employees of the places that they are used. |

Depends if you are over or under 18. Under and you go to Juvenile Court and the parents must appear. There could be a fine or community service depending on if this is a first offense, etc.
If over 18 they take the ID and you will be asked to leave by hotel security or the police will be called. They then note in a computer book to all hotels information about you. The fine is several hundred dollars. Hotels do not want to get fined by the Gaming Commission. |

they take you to Clark County Jail and you could spend up to a year there...they do not play games in Las Vegas with fake ids

At the very least, it's confiscated instantly. You will probably be asked to leave the premises immediately, possibly escorted off. You could be arrested.
They don't care if it's your sister's id, your mother's id, or Beyonce's id. They care that it's not yours. |

From what I understand it depends on what you were trying to use it for. If you were just attempting to enter an establishment that you have to be 21 for they will most likely take it away. But if you are attempting to purchase alcohol with it, sometimes they will call the cops. It just depends on the person who catches you and what they want to do. |
