You mean once you graduate? Try New Hampshire. No income or sales tax. Consistently rated one of the most liveable states in the country. |

Nothing wrong with Oklahoma. Will Rogers once noted:
When the Okies left Oklahoma and moved to California,
it raised the I.Q. of both states.
But, for an optometrist, the most eyes are in California, or, heh, Mississippi (four eyes, get it?). |

i live in Tennessee right now and i love it. here we get 4 seaons, and every single one of them is gorgeous! The spring time is so pretty because of all the flowers and greenery, and the fall is amazing due to the leaves changing colors.also,i live in knoxville, which is the city. so i am close to absolutely everything. the best thing about knoxville also is the fact that all you have to do is drive for 30 mins and you are in the smokie mountains!
If you don't move here, then you need to at least visit! |

I live in Indiana and Lafayette is a nice Place, anywhere pretty south. I hear Maine is a GREAT place to live, the cool, ocean air, so many lighthouses and exhibits, so beautiful. |

I have lived in four different states. California(born in and lived most of my life.) Arizona (In high school) Tennessee for about a year) and now Wisconsin. I must admit there are pluses and minuses to all of them...But I must admit I like the low traffic of Green Bay, WI.... I like my job, and rent is reasonable. |

Depends on what kind of area you like. If you like living in rural areas, I'd recommend central Maine. There is still some stuff there, yet not many people so you don't have to deal with neighbors. If you like more populated area's, I'd recommend the suburbs on Philadelphia. Its a nice and modern area with plenty of stuff to do and plenty of people. The crime rate is fairly low there too |

The state of confusion that way you never have to worry about making a decision. lol It depends if you like warm or cold weather. If you like both and also like both country and city life New England is very nice. Massachusetts has very good health care and many of the best doctors in the country. The Lahey Clinic is an excellent place. Doctor Lahey himself operated on my eyes as a young child and I'm sure you have heard of his many break throughs in medicine.
You are not far from NYC if you want to see the Big City but you are close to the ocean with beautiful Cape Cod and the White Mountains of NH with the Highest Peak in the NE MT. Washington with the highest recoded winds in the world. So you have a little bit of many different world here. You can swim, rock climb, and go sailing in the summer and ski and snow mobile in the winter. Not to mention the breathtaking views of the mountains in the fall. |

Depends on what you mean by best, Oklahoma has 1 of the lowest costs of living in the U.S., if you want a place that has good weather move to California,if you want low crime move to a small town somewhere, it really just depends on what you want the most,if you want entertainment then you could go to maybe florida. |
