NORTH CAROLINA!!!! You have the beaches and the mountains. Plenty of colleges to go to. Nascar racing. Charlotte and Raleigh are great for business opportunities/jobs. Pinehurst is the golf capital. Mild winters,not alot of rain. It is beautiful... |

Any politically "red state" is a good state to move to. The taxes and cost of living are generally lower than "blue states." I currently live in Pennsylvania. I wouldn't recommend it to anyone. There are no jobs and taxes are high. I hope to be moving South within the next 2 years. Industry is growing in South Carolina. I'm also considering Tennessee. |
