What is the best age for kids to remember/fully experience Disney World?

The first trip I remember going to Disney was when I was five. But, my parents took me before then, but that was mostly for them. They enjoyed the expressions I had when seeing the castle the first time and the characters.

I would say that around 5 or 7 will be the best age. They are old enough that they will remember the trip forever and young enough that they will still feel the "magic"

Just be sure to take a video camera and camera, this will be the best way for everyone to cheris the memories forever!

8 and up is best for actually remembering their experience. Just make sure to take lots of pictures. If you really want them to remember, take them when they are in their teens.

I would recommend taking kids once they've passed age 4. I still remember all of my trips to Disneyland and Disney World when I was very young. And take lots of pictures to help them remember as they get older. And of course, go back often if you can!

My first trip to Disney was when I was 10. I remember it very well. I had so much fun... my sister an I rode 'It's a small World' like 20 times in a row (couldn't do that today, but it was fun then!). It was amazing! Ten was a great age to visit Disney, from my perspective.

I went back to Disney when I was 23 and had an even better time. I only went on Small World once, that was enough, but really enjoyed and appreciated "Hall of Presidents" the second time around.

My sister took my niece when she was very young, probably 3 or 4. I have to tell you, when a little girl gets to meet Snow White for the first time, the expression of amazement and disbelief that Snow White is in front of you is a sight to see!! My niece still remembers that (not sure if the pictures remind her, or if she really remembers it). Some characters scare little kids, especially Goofy, even Mickey scares little kids!

It is really hard to say, but when I go to Disney and I see a kid OR an adult there for the first time, you can tell they will never forget it! I know I haven't!

I was 7 when I first went. That's probably the best age. You don't have to worry about them missing really important things at school and having them take homework on the trip. I can still remember almost every minute of the time we were there. Plus they still have a great imagination which is what Disney is al about.Hope this helps!

The best age for me would be around 11,12, or 13where there just entering there teen stage and can get everything out of Disney World without thinking its just for little kids, which it is not. Also at this age they can ride the bigger rides and not only remember Magic Kingdom the whole time they're there. They can remember all of it because it will all be fun.

I say anytime over 4 years old and and anytime under 10 years old.
I went when I was 3 for the first time and I remember some of it.
It just depends.
But, when they're over 10 some of the magic is sort of taken away. I mean I still go and love it and I'm 15 now, but how you feel about the characters and shows and magic isn't the same as when you were younger.

It depends on a few things: your child, and how you respond.

In 1987, we took my then 5 year old son. He has no recollection of the vacation. (it was July, and we didn't have a very good time, it was too hot)

In 2004, we went with my niece and her 2 daughters, ages 2 & 4. They BOTH remember many things about the trip. Are always asking to look at the pictures. Let me say that we went in early May, the weather was wonderful, we had a blast!
(we are all going again this Sept.)

So it is what you make of it. Some things, though, you have to see a small child's face. I mean most 8 year olds would be bored at some of the things that a 4 year old would LOVE. and vice versa.

It is all dependent on you and your family. ANY age is a wonderful age to go to Disney World. Last year we went, 5 adults. Had a great time! Now I plan on going every year.

When they are allowed to ride almost all the rides there are. If they're past the height requirement of a certain ride then maybe they can ride it but I'd go for 7 or 8 years of age.

I think it is best if they are at least 5, my first trip was in 1971 when I was 7 and my brother 4, we both have memories from that trip...I like 5 becuase the child can walk on their own ;)

Um... if you really want them to remember/fully experience Disney World, they'll have to be at least 15, I'd say. The first time I went I was 11, and I don't remember a thing! All I remember is the Tower of Terror because it was so scary. And I was there a week, so that's obviously a lot of stuff to not remember. And there's a lot of attractions they won't appreciate until they're this age, or older. But you should take them when they're younger, and as they get older.

I believe it depends on your child. My family went in 2004, now when I say family I mean it was 3 vans filled with adults and children, the children was in the age range of 1 1/2 to 5 years old and every single one of them remember. My son is was 1 1/2 and he remembered the trip we told him that is was going next week and he just keep asking about everytime we tie his shoes are go to the car is it time for Disney World.

I said all of that to say is make your own judgement you know your child better than anyone. Good luck.
