What is the best band to originate from Georgia?

Norma Jean are from Atlanta and they're very high up in the "Hardcore" genre.
Out of those four, I'd say Mastodon because of the song they wrote for the intro of the Aqua Teen Hunger Force Movie, haha. "Linoleum Kniiiifffe!" haha great movie.

Out of those 4 I would pick Sevendust but my favorite band from Georgia is The Black Crowes by far.

I really enjoy Mastodon the most out of the bands you've listed.
So many great bands/artists came out of Georgia. The Black Crowes were cool, and The B 52's were funny as hell to watch! Several people still think that The Allman Brothers and Lynyrd Skynyrd were Georgia natives, but those bands were actually formed in Florida.

After watching those classic Zeppelin tunes...The Black Crowes are definitley my favorite Georgia band!

Sevendust I've been a fan of theirs for over ten years and they still kick *** today. Mastodon is a close 2nd.
