Our oldest son lives & works in London UK and has lived with work VISA in Europe like 5 years. He found the love of his life, a girl half Polish and half Irish but it's doubtful if he/they will ever come home to the USA permanently bec they prefer Europe and she is closer to her family, relatives and friends...
Unfortunately I believe the only legal way you and your children could move permanently to the USA is with the proper VISA from the US Embassy, and without special skills or unless you married an American citizen your chances of staying in the USA permanently, finding a full-time job etc diminish greatly.
Then again, here is your opportunity to challenge yourself to acquring a skill/trade that the USA indcates is in short supply.

The ONLY way you can move to America is to apply to immigrate . This is a very long, difficult , and expensive process and takes years. See website below for informatiom. |

First step get passports, then go to the US embassy to get visas.
Do not move to the US and live illegally, it is not worth it.
Do you have family or friends there? Perhaps they can help you, they can tell you how they moved. |

You'll either have to marry an American citizen, be a millionaire, or have a job of high ranking quality, (Eg: Brain surgeon, heart specialist, etc) something that they want. Don't even think of going over for a holiday and staying, my girlfriend knows somebody who did this, had a job and everything, but because a police car hit her during a chase she couldn't give them her details and she got deported - she can NEVER return there. |

Y!A is more about sarcasm and having fun than getting real answers... though you may get one or two. I unfortunately don't know the proper process to apply for citizenship but I'm sure you can find out by calling the US embassy in your country. Or probably just by typing it into a Google search. |

Depends on how old are your children. Where you are coming from. Who do you know in America. How many people you are bringing over.
Are they old enough for school or college. If so they could come on a student visa.
Do you have a degree and work experience to get a work visa
Do you know someone here that you can have the children go visit on a vacation visa and then apply for permanent status.
There wasnt enough information here to answer the question properly. |

Call up the US embassy in London and have a chat with them about your options. Forget trying to get reliable information online. |
