Probably the Los Angeles area, or southern southern southern texas. I would say Phoenix would probably be the warmest, but there is no beaches there like you asked |

Tampa, Florida is pretty dang warm in October. Clearwater Beach is near Tampa, and it's popular (but it shouldn't be overcrowded in October). Voted one of the best Gulf Beaches a few years ago. There are also many other more secluded beaches nearby. You should check it out. |

If you only count the mainland probably the San Diego area. I wouldn't say Florida because of all the risks of tropical storms ruining your plans. Hawaii is probably the warmest but It costs a lot more and now there arent as many airlines that go to it since a couple went out of business |
