Most Important Item: * comfortable shoes!! * Can't stress that enough.
You will be on your feet a lot when going to the parks, so make sure your footwear will support your feet and are sturdy enough to take the punishment of four days on your feet on concrete.
We've been having some crazy weather of late. So bring clothing for warm weather and for cool weather. If we get rain, expect a cold snap...sometimes as low as the 50s.
If necessary, bring a little more cash than you think you'll need. You never know when something might come up and you'll need the money. |

You should bring at least 30 bucks and some sunscreen( it can get really hot) also bring at least one pair of warm clothes just in case |

• Comfortable shoes. These are a must! You’ll be doing a lot of walking around the theme parks, and you could be on your feet quite a bit more than you may anticipate. For this reason, we do not recommend wearing flip-flops or heeled shoes to the parks.
• Dress shoes. For the fashion-conscious, stylish shoes will come in handy if you plan on dining at one of our upscale restaurants
• Sunscreen. They don’t call Florida the Sunshine State for nothing! It doesn’t take long to get sunburned. Make sure to cover up!
• Sunglasses. Great for two reasons: you’ll look like a movie star, and you’ll protect your eyes from the bright sun.
• Baseball cap or wide brimmed hat. Hats will help to shield your eyes and face from the Florida sun. This is especially essential for men with bald or shaved heads. Remember to take your hat off on our thrill rides, though!
• Swimwear. You’ll definitely want to cool off in the pool while you’re in Orlando. You may also want to bring your bathing suit or a change of clothing when you come to Universal Orlando’s theme parks. Some of the water rides, particularly in Universal's Islands of Adventure, will get you quite soaked. There are rental lockers where you can store your clothes. Some people even wear their swimwear underneath their outer clothes, and strip down to their bathing suits before boarding the water rides.
• Jacket or sweatshirt. Believe it or not, it can actually get pretty chilly in Florida. Between December and February, the temperature can fluctuate from week to week between T-shirt warmth and winter coat cold. Be sure to consult your newspaper, television, or the internet before your trip to determine the weather forecast for the entire length of your stay, especially if you’re visiting in the winter.
• Backpacks and shoulder bags. A small, soft-sided bag is always handy to have with you when exploring the parks. Please be advised that your bag will be inspected by Security before you enter the theme parks, and you may have to check it in a rental locker before boarding certain thrill rides and roller coasters. We recommend that you pack only basic essentials and leave valuable items at home or in your hotel safe.
PLEASE NOTE: Coolers are not permitted in either theme park.
• Wet wipes. These are a good idea if you’re traveling with kids, especially if they’re going to be snacking.
• Camera with batteries, plenty of film or extra memory cards. Expect to take lots of photographs during your visit.
• And most important, don’t forget to bring any essential medications you or your family will need during your stay! You can stop by Health Services at each park for assistance with storing your daily medication.
I HOPE YOU HAVE A MAGICAL TIME,IT'S THE HAPPIEST PLACE ON EARTH!!! |

Sunscreen, sunglasses, comfy shoes. When my feet get hot they swell so I don't wear sneakers I wear comfy flip flops. Money for food and anything else you want to buy. Always pack extra clothing just in case. Most of the hotels have little shampoos, and soaps.
And mostly important HAVE FUN. Its the most magical place on earth, |

Comfortable clothing because you will be walking alot!
Inside the park the meals will be much more expensive than anywhere outside the park. It really depends where you eat...It is worth it to plan at least one meal a day/ or during the week in one the theme restaruants...they cost much more.
It is necessary to make reservations very far in advance to most of the in park restaurants that are novelty themed type places.....MGM has really good places : brown derby ,50's cafe and Drive Inn where you sat in cars to eat....
Eating at the fast food places in the park will cost about the same as eating in a six flags, great adventure type amusement park...10 -15 for drink and a pizza at fast food place. |

Well it's NOT 80 degrees right now, it's 47, but it should be GORGEOUS this weekend! I would bring capris and short sleeve shirts with maybe a light sweater to throw on at night, and pack one pair of jeans just in case! For money, I would say $50/day minimum, I'd bring $100/day just to be safe, not including your ticket $ |

Use this trip as a test. First divide all spendable money into 4 days. Each day only take "that" day's amount. If you don't spend all of today's money, put the leftover in the hotel safe.
Follow this law thru life and you'll NEVER be broke... ignore it and pay the price. In fact take a look around your place right now at all the stuff you "just had to buy" that's now collecting dust. It may not be thousands of dollars TODAY, but keep up a good habit (letting money make money).
It all comes from this: A person goes to school to learn "Advertising" (the art of making you buy something you had no plans to buy in the 1st place).
You could almost look at this as the advertising is stealing your money. Let me show you an example of mind control: (When I finish you won't be able to resist doing what I say). A nice big Hamburger would taste soooo gooood right now. In fact when you finish reading this you'll grab your hat and coat and go out and buy one. (with onion rings and fry's).
P.S. Naturally at home you'll use a jar or something to collect unspent money until you get to the bank. |

if it's your first trip, then you'll want to bring a lot of money. souvenirs and such are all over the place, and it's tempting to buy everything in sight. Shorts or capris with tees and tank tops is advisable, but you'll also want to pack a couple sweatshirts for when you're outside at night: it gets surprisingly cool. For shoes, sneakers, or if you don't like sneakers with shorts, then comfortable sandals or something you'll be able to walk in for hours on end. Pumps or high heels are a good idea only if you're going out for dinner at a fancier restaurant, ex. italy or france in epcot, or cinderella's castle. The castle, though, a lot of people just wear what they've worn all day, not too fancy.
Sunglasses, maybe a hat or two would be useful for the brighter days, and definitely remember suntan lotion.
Hope you have fun! |

Id brink like 300-400 bucks to make sure you have enough for drinks if you go to the consession stands like the indoor resturaunts you can usually get free water ...but other than that most drinks will cost you 3 a piece and they dont really sell souviner cups anymore....unless you go to animal kingdom...and you will want sunscreen and a light jacket just incase for the night showes... |

summer light colors clothings and comfortable shoes.
put a bathing suit underneath or bring extra clothes for some water rides.
sunglasses, cell phone, camera, water, and snacks only.
Dont take a big backpack, just like a waist purse that you can put important things and a smaller backpack to put the other stuff.
Dont take sharp things, like a cutting knife or scissors, security will take it away from you immediately.
Have at least 100 to 150, for food and other things you would like to buy. For food only just bring with you 40 bucks for the whole day just for you.
I see alot of people think you have kids still in HS, well now days things like that are common. but I actually live in Orlando and have been to disney more than 60 times so I think disney is not only for kids but for all ages to enjoy. people with kids should take them when they are 8 and up, because babies get frustrated and tired and wont enjoy it as much all day long. also elderly and handicap people need a wheelchair in order to move around a huge theme park.
enjoy! |

T-shirts (not white ones, water rides)
Shorts
Pajamas
Bathing Suite
Band-aids (for blisters from walking)
Flip Flops
Broken in sneakers
Extra socks
Extra underwear

Any other toiletries you use on a daily basis
