there are many exhibits in las vegas.
another one is the shark reef at mandalay bay.
places like that aren't really expensive.

get 10 hookers and hang them upside down in your hotel room by use of complicated pully system you worked a couple of hours on trying to get going and it took a hwile at first but you know what, the final product is really what's worth it.

oh yeah, and screw 10 hookers.

Personally, I like the Bellagio gallery of fine art.
It's not very big, But I enjoyed it.
The House Of Blues at Mandalay Bay always has concerts.
If you like outlet shopping you can go to the Premium Outlets, there are a lot of shuttles that go there. If you have a car you can drive there, it's really close to the strip.
Red Rock State park is nice, it's west of the city, $5 per car to get it. There's a 13 mile scenic drive, and lots of places to hike.
Valley of Fire is the same idea, only it's a bit farther than Red Rock, but in my opinion, prettier.
The food is the best part of Las Vegas. I like Paymon's, which has two locations, one in Summerlin, one on Maryland Parkway.
Honestly, it gets old. I lived there from 2004 until just a few months ago. If you're only going for a visit, it'll be fun though.

Mel gave you quite a few great ideas. Just so you know though, I saw the Titanic Exhibit, and it's not worth it unless you're REALLY into Titanic artifacts (I am.) If it's not your thing, I would go see the Bodies Exhibit instead, which is next to the Titanic one.

Go to as many shows as you can. We saw Mystere at TI and Fanasty at the Luxor. Both were good. Make sure you use your players card. Our tickets were comped.

See the lights! See the shows! Gamble! Walk down the strip at night and release the stress. You have to see Treasure Island! And its free! Dont drive, walk. You will see more.

I actually wrote this article a few days ago and basically you can check out not only the cheap restaurants with 5 star cuisine but which casinos you can go to in order to get deals and with some, you can get a meal and gamble deal.

In the winter, did you know you can ski in Las Vegas? You can rent your gear, gloves, board pants and everything right at the resort!!

You can also drive out to Hoover Dam or hike at Red Rock Canyon or go on a horseback trail ride.

You can tour Ethel M candy factory, eat Korean in Chinatown or drop a bucket load of money at the Fashion Show Mall.

You can even go roller skating or ice skating.
