I would make it an event! Start it off with you and two friends going to get pedicures or manicures. Go buy hot outfits and have the party start off at your house with food, music and drinks and then haul everybody off to a bowling alley or skating rink. That way you can have more people celebrate with you and people will know YOU know how to have fun.

I would have a party at my house. Sounds like your dad is going to spend some cash so you can have a nice party for what he was going to spend. I remember my cousin's sweet 16 house party it was a blast and that was over 22 years ago. Good Times!

Ive never done it but me and my best friends have always wanted to, White water rafting! Maybe you could even convince your parents to let you have a sleepover party after white water rafting?! That would be the ideal birthday party for a thirteen year old, good luck and have fun!:)

you sound like your a trill seeker but i say do something you havent done before if you havent done any of those i say do the rafting with 5 ppl you can spend more quality time getting to know those 5 ppl more then your bf that you all ready probably know pretty good

Definitely white water rafting.
I live in Montana and it is VERY fun here!!!
But then again I'm not much into snow.
It's up to you, whatever you think would be more fun!!! :)

do the thing you've never done, or the thing that you've done the least in your life, or the thing you havent done in the longest time. i wouldn't go for the party because one of the other ones might be more memorable, and you could probably hold a house party at any time.

well you should skip the snow sports in may because you will have a horrible time. I have been skiing in colorado for 9 years and I have never enjoyed boarding in may. I would suggest going white water rafting because you will have a blast. You just need to find the right area to go, it is a lot of fun and exciting.
