it depends, if you're in for shopping and sight-seeing, then go to new york! But if you want to party and gamble in a slightly warmer area, vegas!! |

It depends on what kind of vacation you want. You can have a different experience at each place. |

Well if you want a big city feel with broadway and shopping go to new york! there is great places and awesome shows there. Las Vegas on the other hand if you want casinos, gambling and so on. Both places would be great but family wise new york...just you and husband or boyfriend Vegas
hope i helped you! |

Depends on what you want to do. Vegas has so many things to see and do. Right now Vegas is discounted big time. I personally didn't care for New York but that's me. One thing to remember that when in Vegas you will be with other tourists. In New York you will be with the locals. |

How long of a vacation? If it's three days, do Vegas. A week vacation, New York. Vegas can wear you out after a few days, but it's a great time. |

well i cant tell you what vegas is like but i can tell you what new york is like so new york is a pritty boring place with the one fun things being the empire state building which all you do is climb stairs you can look at the statue of liberty but you have to go at a certain time because it closes pirtty early if you wanted to go there for shopping you might as well just throw a bunch of money away because everything is so friggen expensive there. you can take a tour of the city but its kinda boring and really slow because of all the traffic. overall not a very fun place |

I prefer Vegas, but both are interesting. Manhattan has a lot of interesting sights and people. Vegas has a lot of glamor and interesting people.
The difference maker for me is that Vegas is easy to get away from if you want to see some wide open country - desert - mountains - Lake Meade - and other beautiful scenes.
New York is a monster with a lot of bad scenery between Manhattan and the beautiful country. |

NYC. Vegas is overrated. NYC has more interesting things and history. |

welllll i saw VEGASS!, but if you do go to Vegas i suggest don't wear too much winter stuff because it's really hot there. And Las Vegas is like everything in the world in one place. |
