Where are the best places to eat in Disney World?

Have you gone to MGM and eaten at the 50's Prime Time Cafe or the Sci-Fi Dine In? Both are fun places to eat. At the Cafe it's like sitting in a kitchen in the 50's and they even have Spaghettio's on the menu and you have to ask the waitress permission to go to the bathroom.
At the Dine-In you sit in a table that's like a car with a front and back seat for tables. They show B rated black and white movies on a big screen just like you're in a drive in.
They're both a lot of fun and the food is pretty good!

I always rather liked the revolving restaraunt in the Land exhibit in EPCOT Center. When last I went some years ago, they'd turned it into a character restaraunt, but I don't know if it still is; I liked simply that it revolved! It did have good food, too, though all I remember specifically were the butter balls in the shape of 3D Mickey Mouse heads. ... slightly disturbing to chop up Mickey Mouse's head and spread it on your roll, actually.....

On our last visit, we went to the Contemporary's California Grill & LOVED it (we were on the dining plan, so the expensive prices didn't bother us). We also ate at the Crystal Palace lunch buffet/character encounter & enjoyed the food. The pizza is usually pretty good (we had it at a fast food place in the Animal Kingdom). Happy Eating!

I recommended going to the 'Prime time Cafe' and 'Sci-Fi Drive In' both in MGM Studios (now the Hollywood Studios). It was a lot of fun. Also go to 'Casey's' in the Magic Kingdom. When you get to your hotel ask the front desk about character breakfasts, lunches and dinners. We have no children but went to breakfast at the 'Crystal Palace' in the Magic Kingdom. It was fun because we were able to ride the fire engine from the gate to the place. For further ideas go to www.waltdisneyworld.com, click on each park and look for dining. Enjoy! We loved WDW.

I really like Spoodles at the Boardwalk. Great atmosphere and food plus it fun to go to a resort instead of eating at the parks.

If you haven't already eaten at the Rainforest Cafe, you've got to! There's one right outside Animal Kingdom, and another in Downtown Disney (I always eat at the one in Downtown Disney).

The whole place is filled with audio-animatronic animals - elephants and gorillas in the bushes, snakes and birds in the trees...plenty of aquariums with fish scattered throughout the restaurant. The ceiling has twinkling stars on it in some areas, with shooting stars flying by occasionally. They even have periodic "thunderstorms" throughout the whole restaurant, with thunder and lightning and rain effects. The animals all start to go nuts as soon as it starts. It feels like sitting in a rainforest as you eat dinner (well, the Disney version of a rainforest, anyway!). Very fun, unique place! We eat there every time we go!

Go to www.allears.net you will find all your Disney World questions answered. As far as food goes they have a spot where they have a list of menus so you can decide wha resturant to go to. If you go my advice is to have the dining plan included in your package you save soooooo much money , it is more than worth it!

it really depends on if you are looking for a nice dinner or just fast food. Disney has it all, we have been many many times. The Brown Derby is really good a little expensive, located at MGM studios, the German restaurant in Epcot is really good to, it's buffet also has American food. Chef Mickey's is good also buffet and character dining.
There are so many good places to eat there, try going to the Disney web site and look under dining. Have a great time!

Eating at WDW is really expensive if you want to eat properly. They have loads of cheaper fast food places. You will find you need to budget quite a lot for food. If you leave the park and go to say Lake bona vista which is a nice stoll from Down town Disney or a cheap taxi ride then there are loads of nice cheap resterants including all you can eat pizza and a all you can drink for less then $10.

well for our 8th grade band disney trip we went to every park there so I can't remember which park these are located in.....but the electric umbrella was pretty good, this resturant overlooking this dark water ride, and obviously mcdonalds has made its way into disney :(

i cant remeber any individual restraunts sorry, but they are all good, be prepared to spend alot on food tho and wait it extra long ques! Seriously there all great tho! Have fun!

i dont really remember how good individual restaurants were, but be ready to pay $20 for a hamburger. plus $10 for fries. and $7 for a drink. per person.
