Is there a budget? Is there a place that means something to you both you can go? is there somewhere she's always wanted to go that you can take her?
Failing that how about you just look for a romantic hotel somewhere nice, use websites with reviews and pick somewhere you think she'll love.

I live in CA so this time of year a romantic trip to a cabin in the snow would be wonderful.
Otherwise, a cruise is a great idea. Vegas is also super fun. |
