McAllen, Mission, Edinburg, San Juan, Alamo, Donna, Weslaco, Mercedes, & Harlingen. Try these 70-80% Hispanic cities and all with good schools.

San Antonio is as rich as you can get. Brownsville is like 95% hispanic though, but the oppurtunity is much better in SA

Austin is a really great little city. Some bad traffic, but lots of Latinos of all levels. Lots of culture, lots of things to do year-round, probably most scenic Texas city, great schools and of course, Univ of Texas.

Dallas, or basically anywhere in the state of texas except 4 west texas because its not what that is...

Tyler TX has a large Hispanic community as well as good schools. Really anywhere in East Texas would be nice. It is football country so if soccer is your thing you might look else where but many schools have programs as well as youth groups.

My Mother moved out to Texas in 2005, She is in a town about 20 mins. away from Houston called Baytown. There are alot of Hispanic families that reside there. My mom works with several Hispanic people also.
I am told Baytown is Beautiful and is not as busy as Houston, But is also not out in the middle of nowhere.

I moved here to Texas 5 yrs. ago. Anywhere you want. This is wet back heaven. The only thing they have more of here is mosquitoes. The mosquitoes are less annoying!
