That's easy. Either Scottsdale or Tempe. Depends what you like to do. Scottsdale is upscale with lots of clubs and Tempe is a college town.

Ok.. most of the time people arent in phoenix during summer cuz the weather climbs to 100-107.. a lot of us go up to the white mountains for camping and cooler weather..
but if your going to be here i guess u can go with Scottsdale for shopping, clubs like a few mentinoed above.
Tempe is a college town with lots of college people..
there are waterparks in tempe and phoenix.. so look for some place that is close to or in scottsdale- tempe area..

Well, in Arizona, I'd say Scottsdale. Some of the people are really fake, but it's beautiful and very high-class. Also, Tempe has a lot of fun little theaters and restaurants and such that will keep you entertained.
