I live in Florida.Me and my wife are on our early 20's too. i just wanted a nice new place to visit for a week on our honeymoon.
And i stayed at CLEAR WATER beach! and the words are indescribable. BEAUTIFULLY man, perfect for a young couple. nice withe sand beaches, perfect weather, Georges view.
I'll recommend to stay at Gulf View Blvd, its where we were right by the beach. "Holiday Inn". www.clearwaterbeachholidayinn.com.
There is a club right next to our hotel, and lots of places to go to eat.
Look up on GoogleEarth just to see what a perfect spot it is. I'll recommend it 100%.
We even want to come live here one day.

South Beach in Miami is a wonderful place to go. I don't think it is ghetto at all, actually it has a cubany island feel to it, the bars are great, and the beaches are beautiul. Key West is a lot of fun also, the water is beautiful there, but mostly it is surrounded by seawalls as opposed to sandy white beaches. Clearwater beach is a beautiful beach, a lot of spring breakers flock to the area. The bars are fun, the beaches are beautiful. Fort Lauderdale used to be the place to go 20 years ago, but I don't think it is the same today, however I'm sure you would enjoy yourself there also. Daytona beach is fun, but the beach to me is not as pretty as many others in FL, probably because people drive their cars on the sand, and to me that takes away from the beauty. My choices would be 1. Miami 2. Clearwater 3. Key West Whatever you choose, have a good time.

South Beach in Miami for fun. The Keys because it's beautiful. But anywhere in Florida is too hot and humid in the summer. Better to visit Nov through March.

South beach is not Ghetto, it is all new! Great place for fun and dancing, great beaches, and then there is Tampa! beautiful Place

are you kidding ?.....george's alligator farm & lounge ! you can buy raw chickens, get all liquored up on yeagermiester and budwieser.....then feed them to these huge gators only a few feet away.

Come to Skydive Space Center right off i95 at the Cape Cavaveral Seashore exit! and Make a skydive if you have not yet! Get the 18k jump and ask for DEAN and get video because you will not stop smiling for at least a week! PLUS if you hang out at the dropzone you will have the best time and party like a rock star...or i should say party like a skydiver because skydivers party like no other! not even rock stars in imho...and we love everyone! We even offer a place to crash for free! JUST ask! that way you can spend your room money on beer for the skydivers..ya!

then you can go to the best beach in FLA w/ no condos no, hotels on it...it's a national state park...and is beautiful. Like old Florida and there is a nude beach a the far north if you want no tan lines... great surfers at station 7....

let's see also watch a shuttle launch ...if you've never experienced it's well worth it and it's free!

then go to Otown 35 min to the east on the beach line for a great party! anywhere...there! Cocoa beach where Ron Jon surfers are! Top Surfers on the East Coast!

Key West or Daytona Beach, both party places in the summer but tons of people. I like Fort Lauderdale too, the beach is awsome there.

SOUTH BEACH ! south beach not a ghetto ( before and after memorial weekend ) and not just for tourist's at all, you will have so much fun and great time, so many places to go : night live super, beach sexy, people beautiful and very good looking, so take your sexiest outfit, tan spray , and be fabulous

key west , Orlando, its not the same , key west one street with American type bars, Orlando fun but its not what you r looking for.

Ft. Laud, its ok and some places you don't need to be 21 y.o. to get in.

and in miami some parts are ghetto it depends alott where you go but allott of it isnt ghetto either , go to the outside bay area mall its great !!!!!

orlando is wonderfull alott of great places to visit

Fly into Ft Lauderdale or Miami, rent a convertible, and drive to Key West. It is a beautiful drive. Stop at Bahia Honda State Park. It is one of the World's Best Beaches. Stay at a bed and breakfast. Much nicer than a hotel. I just got back last weekend. Had a blast. Have a great trip.
