Where to go for a honeymoon?

I grew up in Reno, Nevada, and think that going to Lake Tahoe and the surrounding area would be very nice. Lake Tahoe is very beautiful, and they do have casinos there that overlook the lake. Casinos have countless entertaining events to go to, and they have skiing close by if you're lucky.

vogel state park in GA it is beautiful and very relaxing in the cabins the have a fireplace but there ain't tv or anything you are just together and enjoy the view and the nature and each other

You do not need a passport to go to Puerto Rico, it is exotic and Caribbean, you can stay somewhere in the country, and there is city life and mountains.

Have you considered pigeon forge, TN? It's very pretty - mountains and such - and you can get a cabin or something for the two of you. You can just sit around and enjoy the scenery, or go do some shopping in the dozens of gift shops, or do touristy things like mini golf, Dollywood (they have very good water rides), bumper cars, etc.

Pocono Mountains were made for honeymooners.

All you do is float on the water and look at beautiful fish swim by.

You can go to Maui, Las Vegas, Key West, Seattle, Aspen, or u can just stay local. Just pretend ur a tourist at ur own home town. u will find something new that you have never done before.

This isn't Grand Canyon-ish, but Disney World! My husband and I (much like you and your man) just like to hang out and relax. We went on our honeymoon to Disney World in September and it was SO AWESOME because all the kids were back in school and there was hardly anyone there and we didn't have to wait in line for a single ride. It was great. We hand tons of fun relaxing at the hotel, going on rides, walking around, etc.

You don't want to leave the country, you don't want to climb mountains, visit the ocean or lay on the beach...hmmm...maybe stay at home? lol

Seriously though...the Great Lakes look really worth visiting.

If you like to do stuff go to Disney World, My wife and I just went for our honeymoon and it was a blast. Kids will be back in school and it won't be too hot. I think you would have fun!!
