Regan is in DC and Dulles is right outside of DC and very much larger than Regan.

Regan is cloest, Dulles is close too, and BWI isn't that far away either.

Reagan is right next to DC and is nice to fly into (see Arlington National Cemetary and DC memorials) but Dullus and BWI are not that far and any of the 3 works for getting to the Washington DC area

don't forget bwi its only a 1/2 from dc and alot of times the flights are cheaper(especially southwest, its one of their hubs)

Dulles & Reagan

Reagan.

Washington Reagan (used to be Washington National) is usually the most convenient because the metro goes directly to it. Dulles is also quite close, but a bit more inconvenient. BWI (Baltimore Washington International) is a little more than 1/2 way to Baltimore, so it's a bit out of the way, but usually it has cheaper flights.

Regan is the closest but Dulles and BWI are also close

REAGAN NATIONAL ABOVE ALEXANDRIA, RIGHT ON THE RIVER.

Reagan is in Washington D.C. off the yellow Metro Line, while Dulles is actually out in Centerville, VA. BWI, is cheaper and it's close too.

Reagan National is the closest; less than 10 miles from the city center. Dulles is about 35 miles away.

Ronald Reagan Airport. But Dulles is bigger.

Reagan National is just across the river (you actually see the entire city as you fly in) and is by far the closest. Dulles is out near Reston, VA and is at least a 30-40 min cab ride in to the city. It also takes FOREVER to just get out of Dulles. You have to first get on a shuttle that takes you to the main terminal and then find your way to baggage claim and wait some more.
If you want to be close to DC then Reagan National is the choice.

DanKohner
Washington Regan National Airport would be the answer. It is only 2 miles from DC. National is not in DC it is in the section of Arlington, VA called Crystal City. Dulles is a good 30 minute car ride away. It is in Virginia and the way traffic is around the area it could take up to two hours to go from Washington to Dulles.
